Sometimes the shorts are the best part of an episode... Out of the ones I've seen, some of my favorites are:
Mr. B. Natural (of course) Here Comes the Circus Spring Fever Catching Trouble Robot Rumpus Days of Our Years

Here are my favorite shorts and my favorite riffs from each of them:
Here Comes the Circus- "Oh no! They're doing it clown-style!"
A Date with Your Family- "Daughter obsesses with the flowers."
Hired! Part 2- "Aghh! Flying elves are back!"
Why Industrial Arts?- "Tool operator... tool operator..."
Mr. B Natural- "Dear God! Say this isn't happening!"
Last Clear Chance- "Could you identify this bucket of your brother?"
Circus on Ice- "These two girls, they make quite a pair! They both come from your worst nightmare. They will haunt your soul forever... and now, when you see pink, you're going to think: We're doomed! They are agents of Satan..."

I absolutely LOVE the Here Comes The Circus short. It was ahead of its time (if that makes any sense)

Haven't seen many shorts but I loved "Speech:Platform Posture and Appearance" and "Hired, Part II" Can't wait to see Hired, Part I.
The little rotating knee trick from "Speech" made me laugh so hard I fell off the couch.

Who besides me thinks that Mr. B Natural is overrated? Oh sure there's lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth, but any short with the line... "You've got to inspect your horn, boy!" - "And wash it every day" - Mr. B/Crow is alright by me (just the thought of that riff slays me!)

Here are my favorites:
Mr B Natural - creepy and funny all rolled into one
Hired Part 1 and 2 - a grown man wearing a hanky on his head
Cheating - "Could you help me find my ribcage?"
Once Upon a Honeymoon - angel's and a delusional housewife
Robot Rumpus - "Mrs Gumby is stacked"
A Case of Spring Fever - No Springs!

The best for me is definatly woithout a doubt Last Clear Chance. No short has ever compaired to the hillarity this short has blessed me with.
I showed it to a teacher of mine once, while he was drinking milk...well, I think you get the picture.

The little rotating knee trick from "Speech" made me laugh so hard I fell off the couch. Ah, yes. The knee test. That was a hilarious moment. Some of my favorite moments from the various shorts: The horror and shock that the couple in Are you Ready for Marriage? experienced when the pastor's rubber band snapped. The phrase "lip and tongue action," from Using your Voice. The bizarre and isolated moment where one of the chickens in Chicken of Tomorrow spoke.
