I wouldn't say it was the best, but it was entertaining. 4 Crows.

My knee-jerk reaction was to give it 5 crows.
Then I said to myself, "Well, Affy, this is really just one or two scenes that you really enjoy. Sure, it's funny to watch Servo start yelling at the screen and everyone's comments on the 'Hitler' building, but outside of those moments in the theater what is there to hold this episode together to warrant 5 crows? Give it 4."
And THEN I said to myself, "Well, Affy, those two scenes alone are worth 6 crows, so it'll balance itself out over the film."
"You can't have more than 5 Crows, Affy."
"Oh, yes I can!"
"No you can't!"
I'll save some trouble by removing five minutes of back and forth dialogue. Eventually I just gave it a five because it really is one of my favorites, even if only for three or four scenes.

I haven't really watched the movie segments since I first watched it. Actually, I haven't watched the movie segments at all. Just the fact that I'm watching Prince of Space with different characters and the SAME writer bugs the hell out of me.
I guess I'll give it another shot...for the children, anyway...

I remember hating it the first time I saw it, but I instantly fell in love with it the second time through.

The Hitler Building alone is enough to get it 5 Crows.

I really like that ep. It's not good enough for 5 crows, but it's definitely recommended.

Let's see, at the moment we're at just over 4.3 crows.
And since we're obviously rounding up, that means an average of five.

The ep seems to deliver in a smooth steady stream. It doesn't get better, or worse, it just moves along at a decent pace of one good riff after another. It's kinda like Riding With Death; not the best, but definitely fun to watch.

I watched half of it, and it seemed funnier than the first time, but many of the jokes were over my head.
Of course, that could of been because it was three in the morning, but I did find it much better.

3 AM viewings tend to be funny.

Every party needs a pooper...
I didn't care for it. Sure, the Hitler Building gag was good, but the whole "records on the head" schtick got old quick. Maybe it's because I watched it the day after I watched Prince of Space. Comparatively, I found PoS to be the better episode.
Sorry. I promise I'll watch it again with an open mind.

I can see how Prince Of Space might make IOTNM seem a bit bad. The two movies are so very, very similar.

It could be that they both had the same writer and that said writer has no imagination...
On second thought, I'm POSITIVE that's the reason. Shin Morita, I hope you gained an imagination after the 1961 Japan release of the made-for-TV movie Invasion from a Planet!
