"My brother Russell - he made the pep squad!" - Crow, in Lost Continent
Santa in SCTM - "Kids, I think we better call your dad" "A Wienie!" - Tom Serve in Santa CT Martians
Father in Teenage Strangler - "And don't bother Mikey!" "He's working on his novel!" - Crow
I like these kinds of riffs - youdon't necessarily expect them, and they are either a second statement to make the character's first statement completely hilarious, or a tangent you didn't really expect.

I like the ones where they insult the cast or the movie and also when they add additional dialogue to the script.
A couple of examples:
"Why an I so full hipped for a man?" - Tom Servo from Riding with Death
In Mitchell, at the beginning of the movie when John Saxon shoots the burglar he yells "Hey" and Joel says "What?".

"A Day in the Life" is probably the most quoted Beatles song, not just in MST3k. One of my favourite Beatle jokes, though, has to be in "Phantom Planet" at the trial. It shows a shot of the two women and someone (maybe Tom?) says "Rose and Valerie screamin' from the gallery." I think I like it because I was thinking that right before he said it.

My favorite Beatles riff is the one from the KTMA taping of Fugitive Alien. Joel and Servo do a spoof of Strawberry Fields called Magnetic Fields. I can't remember exactly how it goes but it's really funny. If you can get your hands on it, watch it.

One particular musical reference that makes me laugh alot is one from Deathstalker and the Warriors from Hell. It's close to the end, where the music has this driving, tense feel to it. Suddenly, Servo starts to sing "Conquistador" by Procal Harem. I thought that was so funny because just a couple days before my stepdad sent me that song.

I always like it when they talk to the movie as if its an actually person called 'movie'. "Movie? Hey, movie, can I see your Supervisor, movie?" "Er, movie, you got something you'd like to share with the rest of us?" "Well, thankyou movie, we appreciate that."
