It all has to do with how well I know the movie - the more I watch, the more I'll be able to pick up on some of the more obscure riffs. --LordKaT Exactly! That's why Mitchell and The Undead are just getting funnier and funnier the more I watch them. I can listen to the actors themselves and catch the jokes as well.

As I have the right to speak my opinion, I will agree with part of that. I think Hamlet had so many outstanding riffs that I didn't have time to ZZZ. Unfortuntely, it's been a while since I've seen, it so I can't put my finger on one. I can't remember being bored at all. Not a well made film, but sure enjoyed the crew's interpretation of it. But on the subject of Shakespeare. I had lots of theater friends who dragged me to see performances. And I did find them very boring. Just because I don't understand the language. If someone were to translate it for me. Or make me more of a literary intellectual, I might have enjoyed it more. And this is coming from someone, who actually had a small part in a Shakespeare play ! ! ! I REALLY need to see this episode. It seems like a love-it-or-hate-it kind of ep, and I love those kinds.

I'm hoping to get the Vol. 4 box set for Christmas. I love Space Mutiny & Overdrawn..., but I've never seen Hamlet. Like you, ator, I expect that I'll love it due to the polarized nature of fan opinions.
As for unwatchable episodes, I need to add the "let's make a lizard look like a monster" movies. Particularly in season 2. (like King Dinosaur and Lost Continent)
Also the Commander Cody and Phantom Creeps shorts. Ouch.

Here's the weird one: I don't like watching the MSTed version of Commando Cody shorts....
But I LOVE watching the UnMSTed Commando Cody shorts.
That shouldn't work, I know. But for some reason, the unMSTed shorts just rock.
Well, for me anyway....

Bloodwaters of Dr Z is kinda rough to sit through. Another movie that tries to suck the life out of the viewers.

Ironically, that's the one Season 10 episode that I'm desperately trying to see.

Well you should see it. But only once.

Nah. I'll watch it multiple times over time. I even bothered to put in Devil Fish after taping it.

You know, you people who haven't seen Hamlet or Dr. Z will probably enjoy them.
Before I saw Mighty Jack, I read a scathing review at Papa Holdy's site (a round table review site that ran out of gas) and I don't think Don liked it. So I wasn't expecting much.
Anyway, I finally see it and I had a good time. "What's wrong with this" I ponderd aloud and why am I laughing? "Lowered expectations" I sang as an answer.

Since we're on the topic, does anyone have an unwatchable host segment? I can't think of any that I don't care to sit through, but they may exist....

Can't recall the ep but I think it's season two where Frank is having a Tupperware party or something with the Mole people. It just drags.

I remember that tupperware one. I think that it's Hellcats, but don't hold me to that.
It did kinda drag the first time I saw it, but it grew on me over time.

Gypsy's one-woman show.
I know there are others. That's the first one that comes to mind though.

"Blood Water of Dr Z" is the only one I can think of that I didn't like, although my most recent viewing of the Gamera movies were fast-fowarded to the monster fight scenes. I've also tried watching "Night of the Blood Beast" about 3 times but fell asleep each time. As for the host segments, they're only a few minutes long so even if it's substandard I don't care that much.
