I can't choose just one, I think the songs are some of the strongest things about the show (I love just about every one people have mentioned on here)...but since I haven't seen it mentioned here, I'll throw in Crow's "Ode To Estelle" (Winwood)
When Joel is singing to Crow about the age issue and says "And with your love it might not matter..." and Servo belts out "BUT CAN SHE CONTROL HER BLADDER?"
I just about fell off my chair the first time I watched that.
Other greats: Creepy Girl, Godzilla's Genealogy Bop, Pants!, Gamera theme song, Janitor Song, What A Pleasant Journey, Funky 70s (and 50s), Where, Oh Werewolf, the Canada Song (of course), Patrick Swayze Christmas...and of course, "This is the song after...Rocky and Ken." (the one they sing in the theatre).
Two greatest productions have to be HIRED! and Tubular Boobular Joy
I always have the credits from Werewolf stuck in my head...the whole goddamned medley.

I just remembered one...The Master Ninja Theme Song... I could listen to that all day. For some reason I love Gypsy's "ba-da-bah-bah-bah-bah!"
