Being that I am still pretty new,but have soaked up about all MST3K info I can get,I have a question about Dr. Forrester's second sidekick, TV's Frank.I know about Frank replacing Weinstein, but my question is,why exactly is he called "TV's" Frank,as opposed to just Frank?

I think its just the silliness of it. It adds a cheese factor.
Like TV's Al Molinaro or TV's Robert Blake.

I believe the brains once said that Frank was just "Frank" but they later added the "TV's" part as a cultural riff because, at the time, it was popular to name television personalities as "TV's Something" ie: TV's Al Roker.
