I had originally sent off for my order of stuff on December 2nd, and I still have not received anything (holiday shipping is guaranteed if postmarked by Dec. 6). I've emailed Barb concerning the matter, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. This is in no way meant as a complaint, I was just wondering if anybody else was having any trouble with orders and whatnot.

I ordered some stuff at the end of November and still haven't recieved it yet. I don't know if it's lost in the mail or what but, if it's not here by New Year, I believe I'm gonna try to find out what's going on.

I've not ordered anything from the Info Club this season, but in the past I've noticed that their shipping schedules can be a bit erratic at times.
The stuff'll get to you, but it might not go out until this month's shipment, for instance.

I ordered some stuff last summer and they addressed it wrong twice. Barbb was very helpful though and gave me two free DVDs for my troubles.

What I wouldn't give for a problem like that.

I've found them to be very slow but it eventually gets to you. I really doubted the X-Mas promise (sorry BBI but I didn't have faith you could do it). It's funny, when I was a kid and you ordered via the mail, it would take 6 to 8 weeks no matter what. Now a days things move so fast, it's rare that I don't get my orders within a week. Maybe the info club is just old fashioned. ahh the 70's!

I always seem to enjoy stuff more when I have to wait on it. Sometimes I'll forget that I ordered things and then when they come, it's a nice surprise.

It's like setting Christmas to a randomizer.

I love Deep Discount. You get them new not used, no tax, NO shipping (if you chose).
I've found used MSTs on the net and around town, but after tax and shipping it's still often cheaper to go the Deep Discount rout.
Also, after I ordered Eegah for under $12, they offered me $10 to fill out a questionaire and sign up for this free trial membership, which I did.
I then ordered Volume 4. I received my $10 rebate check in the mail yesterday and cancelled the membership after a month with no hassel. In effect, I got the box set for $26!!
Very cool.

Nothing against the info club, but they don't have a very sophisticated set-up for ordering merchandise. Unless you have a fax machine, you have to send in the order by snail mail ?? And the Sci-Fi channel has technical problems with their merchandise for half a year now. I've never even seen the stuff. On a side note, there is some interesting MST stuff on www.cafepress.com along with crazy stuff unrelated to the show. I got a Crow mug and matching thong with "Bite Me" on it

My hubby ordered a Sci-Fi era cast poster for me for Xmas. I'm not sure when he ordered it exactly, but he said it took a really long time to get here. It did arrive on December 23rd, though.
