Crow's rant about wanting to be pregnant in The Night Of The Blood Beast is kinda shocking, not so much because of the words he uses (there is that element though), but because of what he's saying about pregnant women (yes, I'm aware that that is the whole joke):
"Yeah, well, who wouldn't want to be pregnant, huh? Who wouldn't want to be a big load on the rest of the world? 'Hey everybody, I'm queen of the world because I'm pregnant!'. Then the whole world is supposed to bend over and smooch your ever-widening ass..."
Yeah, that last line is kinda risque...

Next to the masturbation riff in Blood Waters Of Dr. Z, the sauciest one I remember is one from Parts: The Clonus Horror as a coach fires a pistol and some guys drop to the ground and do push-ups...
Servo: "It's the 200-meter missionary position dash!" (or something like that...been a while since I last saw the ep...)

I just watched "Catalina Caper" last night and heard one.
When Creepy Girl is putting on Tommy Kirk's jacket after she loses her top, Tommy stands with his back to a large rock. Servo says, "Right now he's sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place." Joel scolds him.

Last night I watched Mitchell again, and there were a couple of moments where I thought of this thread.
After Mitchell spills the beer on Linda Evans, he says "Sorry, the beer got a little excited." Crow: "That's okay, we can just cuddle."
Or when Mitchell is driving the old woman who's supposedly smuggling the heroin. She makes an odd face and Crow says, "Oh I just felt the balloon break! Oh ho ho ho."

Reading Torgo's review, I'm reminded of all the hysterical sexual innuendo in "The Beginning of the End"
The one that pushed the envelope the most was,
"Wait, this isn't the stick shift...AAHHHHGGGH!" - Mike as Audrey Ames (with Peter Graves sitting close by)

Has this been mentioned? In Time Chasers in the plane the girl looks down and says "What's that?" And Crow(?) says "It means I like you" Of course implying a woody.

One that hasn't been mentioned was in "Squirm". I can't remember the exact line, but the mother in that film, when asking if the Elton John-looking guy was "coming". Then Tom (or Mike) went "Mom, that's a personal thing" or something like that. Sorry if it wasn't clear...I haven't seen that episode in a while.

I just finished watching that episode and was going to mention that here. I believe it was Servo that said it. Gross, but, I found it to be extremely funny. Servo

I'm quite certain the following has been in several episodes (because it follows a very common phrase):
Someone in the film says some variation of "How long is it?/How long has it been?" and J or M & the Bots will say, "That's rather personal" or "That's a rather personal question, sir."
Always makes me laugh.

OK. This one is a classic. In "Riding with Death", there is a scene with a close-up of Ben Murphy's crotch, and I think it's Servo who says: " The rarely seen male camel toe." ROFL

Something else from Agent For H.A.R.M.
Eva: "Are you coming, or do I swim alone?"
Crow as Adam: "Yes and yes."

Right, I remember the line in MST3k: THE MOVIE, "what kind of poopie hole planet is this, anyway?"

A couple more:
In "Manos," The bots wonder to Joel if the mads had sent them a snuff film. That seemed a bit edgy.
In the MST3k Blockbuster Review from about six years ago (wow), Di Caprio's buddy seems to be grinding against his backside during the famous "KING OF THE WORLD" sequence (or is it the other way around?). The brains were keen to this disturbing imagery and said something to the effect "hey, you mind moving back a bit, buddy."
Also, there's Raul Julia's line in Overdrawn at the memory bank, "Mom, am I nuts?" Mike mistook it for "Mom, my nuts!" That clip made the stinger, too.
