I dunno if this one has been said yet, but here goes.
In the short "Young Man's Fancy", when Alex is leaving with Judy to go dancing, Mike says (as the dad) "Double-bag it, son!". WOW.

I just finished watching #703 - Deathstalker and the Warriors from Hell
Well into the movie, there is a scene where the dead soldiers are eating around a campfire and Deathstalker joins them. There is a quick shot of one of the dead soldiers with beads of white "stuff" all over his face. Servo immediately says in a dumb voice, "Guess what I've been doing!".
Now some may say he is just a messy eater, but a more perverted mind might think he was up to some OTHER activity.
What do you think, sirs?

Ive always known the Glory Hole as the opening to a furnace a glass blower uses to keep his glass hot. Though, that might have been meant dirtifully too. I may have missed the joke.

Some from MST3K: The Movie: Joe: Here's something my wife could use. Mike: A man? Joe: An Interociter incorporating an electron sorter. Cal: She may gain 20 pounds using it. Tom: Cal, you bitch! (this is the one a previous poster mentioned) As long as we're on the "turd" jokes, I'm surprised noone mentioned this one: (Cal is holding a huge rock as Exeter shows up) Exeter: MEECHAM! RUTH! Crow: I love you! Exeter: I want to help you! Mike: You're holding a mutant turd! and a "woody" joke" (When Ruth pulls up to the airstrip in a Woody while Cal stands nearby) Crow: There are 2 woodies in this scene!

considering the size this thread now is...maybe it isn't appropriately titled.
Ah, I guess television is television.
from The Deadly Mantis
When the soldiers are all panting and whisling over the arrival of a "female woman" at their station and the Colonel dismisses them:
As the embarrassingly smiley-I've-never-touched-a-woman pervert-nerd-officer, unable to take his off the genuine "female woman", stumbles away...
Crow says:
"Yeah, I think this guy is familiar with dishonerable discharge..."

...some of what follows that is kinda risque...
When the door is closed and the men are all leering through the glass radar screen:
(Servo as the) Colonel: You're going to see strange things behind that glass, ma'm.
(all chanting): Woman. Woman. Woman. Woman. Mike: Show us your lady things!

That ep (Deadly Mantis) is full of risque riffing. It still ends up being hilarious though.

Since the Home Economics short as riffed several years before the most notable school shooting, I believe that was a reference to Charles Whitman, famed belltower assassin who shot fourteen people dead at the University of Texas. Yes, it was...and Charles Whitman is also referenced in the Deadly Mantis: a shot of a guy in a towery/belltower/window thing during a montage of the ground observers and such: Servo: Charles Whitman lends a hand.
