I love the older Arnold movies -- his run of action flicks between 1982 and 1994 was incredible, with great action and funny one-liners -- just more fun than most movies allow.
My fav is easily the first Terminator because it's so tightly structured in its plot and has those unforgettable flashbacks (flash-forwards?) to the future war with the machines. And on the DVD, I really love the deleted scene where we find out that the factory at the end in which the Terminator was destroyed is actually Cyberdyne. My favorite line: "Uzi 9 Millimeter" (It's just the way Arnold says it that's so funny!)
Next would be Predator because the first half is near perfect, with the film only slipping a bit in the one-on-one second half. My favorite line: "I ain't got time to bleed." (Jesse "The Ex-Governor" Ventura's line instead of Arnold, but it's the best one in the movie.)
Third is T2, which isn't nearly as tight at the first one, but does have some of the best action scenes I've ever seen. My favorite line, well, lines: all the ones that are repeats from the original movie, but in different circumstances (a nice touch by Cameron).
Fourth, I'll go with Conan, the Barbarian, which has held up better than I remembered when I watched it for the first time in years on DVD recently. My favorite line: (Conan's answer to the question of what is best in life) "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of the women!"
Fifth is Total Recall - fun, over-the-top, and with a wild "it's all a dream" aspect to it. My favorite line: "See you at the party Richter!"
After that, I think the rest aren't quite on the same level of these five, but almost all are enjoyable with some great one-liners. And my all-time favorite Arnold one-liner comes from Commando: "You're a funny man, Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last." (Followed later by "Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?" "I lied.")
