I actually like all the eps. where they watch a Hercules movie, but I went with Hercules Unchained because it makes me laugh the most out of all the other ones.

Well, I guess I've got a soft spot for "Moon Men" 'cos that's the first one of these I saw...
Although there's something to be said for the first Hercules. Namely, Steeve Reeves. He's way more of a proper Herc than any of the other guys who played him in these movies. (The guy in "Captive Women", especially, was just _wretched_.)
In general, I have to say...I don't really mind the Herc movies themselves all that much, at least compared to a lot of the _other_ stuff they riffed. At least these things have technicolour, big grandiose sets, spectacle, etc....some kind of _budget_, especially for the time they were made. The movie makers were going for that old-timey "cast of thousands" ("With a Thousande Elephantes!") epic grandeur feel and okay, so they didn't quite get it, but still, ya gotta admit those movies just _look_ a lot higher budget than most MST fare.
Plus, I like mythology even when messed up, and even if the plots are too complex to follow, at least somebody bothered to WRITE a plot...etc. I dunno. I kinda like the Herc movies. In a low-key kind of way.
...Notorious

I've never been a huge fan of the Hercules films in general but my favorite one is when Herc drinks the water of forgetfulness. (I had to check Don's review site to pinpoint which one that was). So, my vote goes for Hercules Unchained. I never cared much for Moon Men, it's one of the weakest episodes in my opinion. The one where Hercules has to find the golden fleece was decent as well.... I don't think I've ever seen whichever one that leaves left over.

Not to get too persnickety about the topic, but "Moon Men" wasn't really a Hercules film. Yeah, yeah, his name's in the American title, but Moon Men was really a Maciste vehicle. The same protagonist as in Colossus/Headhunters ("Mycheesesteak" M&tB called him).
Herc/Moon Men = awful. Just awful. Poor movie, subpar riffing... the host segments were decent, and "Deep Hurting" is brilliant, but the rest... Ergo, I'm going with Herc Unchained, too.

How can I be the only vote for Captive Women? "Today is dedicated to Uranus!"

I like 'em all! I do have a soft spot for the "moon men" because of DEEP HURTING and SANDSTORM. Neither of these two peices of schtick are from the movie, but they sure make me laugh.

I have to pick Moon Men just for the turkey gobbling noises whenever the queen is on her throne.

I voted for the last, er, first one. Just plain Hercules makes me laugh the most. The bit with fluffy the Lion. He, he. Moonmen sucks hards, One of my all time least favorite eps. Few laughs from that one.
The other 2 are solid.

I'm going with MJ on this one, plain Herc is my favorite. Between the lion scene he already mentioned, the chain stuff at the end and various other scenes, it's high quality for me.

How can I be the only vote for Captive Women? "Today is dedicated to Uranus!" I'm with you Wild Rebel. I thought it had the best riffing of the four. Moon Men is the toughest for me to sit through.
