Not nessicarily. For example: Media Blasters owns the home video rights to THE INCREDIBLY STRANGE CREATURES... and they sub-licensed the movie to Rhino. This goes for many of the movies they've released. Blue Underground is a smaller label like Media Blasters, and I could certainly see them working with Rhino. True, but they got them just the other year, I don't know if after releasing a DVD of a fairly popular cult movie, you'd want to license out materials for someone else. I'd call it a push at best for now.

I emailed PRO to confirm what titles they have the home video rights to in addition to the titles they TV rights to. They own (at least) the TV rights to: The Beast of Yucca Flats The Atomic Brain Red Zone Cuba Beginning of the End Angel's Revenge Final Justice The Touch of Satan Manos the Hands of Fate The Girl In Gold Boots Boggy Creek II Castle of Fu Manchu The Incredibly Strange Creatures... Hamlet The Unearthly::whew!:: Which makes you wonder why they took BOTE off the market. However, it's more curious that so many other Rhino releases are a part of their company. Yeah. My thinking is that it had to do with Image Entertainment's DVD release of it. I doubt they liked Rhino putting the UnMSTed version (albeit in much lesser quality) on the second side. So we could see this reissued in the future, just without the UnMSTed version. Not nessicarily. For example: Media Blasters owns the home video rights to THE INCREDIBLY STRANGE CREATURES... and they sub-licensed the movie to Rhino. This goes for many of the movies they've released. I'd call it a push at best for now. I guess we'll see. Didn't the director/writer of CLONUS not mind the MST version?

Yeah. He takes people going after his work in stride, and even talked to Albert of The Agony Booth after Parts was featured on the site. He has a interview on the Review site. As far as PRO, I wonder if other titles (besides Atomic Brain) they hold are public domain. I thought for sure Manos would be. Did Hal P. Warren actually get a copyright on it? Take a look at my search of FVI/INI thread. I don't know if you have any clues as to what this INI Entertainment Group Inc. does, or what INI stands for, if anything.

I think it's possible Volume 10 is out of print for a reason that isn't Godzilla vs. Megalon. Take a look at this. I don't know for sure.

I don't mind the fact that Rebane was willing to sell partial rights of Giant Spider Invasion to Rhino (I heard he's a fan of MST3K), but holy cow, (and pardon my language) but it sounds like Bill got himself in deep s ;Dt. BTW, who the frick is this "owner" of retromedia? He/she sounds like they're quite high on themeself. I literally thought maybe Amanda Bynes wrote that article. TTTTHHAAAAATT'SSS MMMMMMEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

BTW, I just emailed Chris from Satellite News reguarding Bill Rebane, and he told me that Rhino said Giant Spider Invasion is not the reason Vol. 10 got pulled.
They didn't say which one, but it does bring us back to Godzilla Vs. Megalon.

Then I'm guessing it's Zilla vs. Megs.

I think it's possible Volume 10 is out of print for a reason that isn't Godzilla vs. Megalon. Take a look at this. I don't know for sure. That was just the issue of Bill Rebane violating their agreement by letting BCI Eclipse put the movie out. Rhino got the rights from Retromedia, Bill had nothing to do with it. BTW, who the frick is this "owner" of retromedia? He/she sounds like they're quite high on themeself. I literally thought maybe Amanda Bynes wrote that article. Fred Olen Ray is the owner of Retromedia.
