Well, I don't mind Seinfeld, but reality tv is certainly a plague. I'd have to go with the ENTIRE abc sitcom lineup though. I'm all too familiar with it because they preview every damn show during monday night football, which I'm now watching. This would include:
It's all Relative According to Jim 8 Simple Rules My Wife and Kids Life with Bonnie
There's also a show with Andy Dick, and another with Kelly Rippa, but I can't remember either show's name.

I don't watch enough TV to know what's really bad. But I will say that I'm glad that Friends is ending their run on TV. They had the line "I Ross take thee Emily," and it was funny, but then the show kept going.
Oh, and I don't care for a good amount of ABC's comedies. Some's okay, but in general ABC just tries too hard.

Mike and the Bots would have an easy time riffing some of the shows out there!!!!

I hate any sitcom, anything with a laugh track, and those stupid reality shows like Who Wants to Marry My Millionaire Bachelor Dad on Temptation Island, or whatever the hell they come up with these days. They just made one where some idiot has to pick which guy she wants-but here's the catch-they are all "average!" (in TV terms that means unattractive and therefore unworthy of anything) It's just dumbing down the country. I don't know how people can enjoy some of the garbage on TV, especially the sitcoms...the only show I actually watch anymore is The Simpsons.

They really are one of the few good sitcoms on these days.

The Simpsons really is amazing, to last that long and still be good. They have their ups and downs and not every episode is a classic it can still deliver. Simpsons, MST,SCTV, the best comedies of all time.

Seriously, I totally agree with you guys. When are they going to bring "Doogie Howser, M.D." back on the air?

Lately I've found myself watching mainly Adult Swim. This stuff is more shallow than a lot of things on big networks, but the people who make those shows know this and revel in it.
I'll watch Space Ghost Coast To Coast over Friends any day....same with Home Movies....though I don't like some of their stuff when it gets too crude.

Adult Swim is awesome.
Sadly, I live in the TV programming black hole (otherwise known as the Mountain Time Zone), so Adult Swim doesn't start until midnight. Of course, for quality television like Aqua Teen Hunger Force and The Brak Show, I'll stay up.
And yes, I'm the only human on the planet earth who has never seen an episode of Seinfeld, Friends or Survivor. And I don't regret a single minute of not watching.

For most of those shows, you can get the funniest moments in clip shows and commercials. You're probably better for not having wasted your time.

My fav tv shows. MST3K Beavis and Butthead The Family Guy The Simpsons Ren and Stimpy Ahahaha yeah I love those shows too! I don't really watch TV anymore, except MST. TV just plain sucks, and news is so glum. The only other TV i'll watch is Baseball, I love my Diamondbacks!!! (I'm from Phoenix)

Watch Adult Swim. At least one of those shows will be enjoyable if not all of them are. Though remember, Sunday lineups are different than Weekdays.

I'm always a fan of Space Ghost. The Brak Show is hilarious, but I can only really enjoy it when they tone down the bad language.
Like one episode where the dad's "secret life of espionage and intrigue" kept sort of showing up and bugging everyone. Not a bad word in it, and still the most hilarious episode that I've seen yet (of the maybe four that I've had the time to watch).

While we're sharing, I've gotta say my favorite T.V. shows rank, although I may have to be a little cautious around these sitcom haters:
1. [glow=green,2,300]MST3K[/glow]
2. Cheers+Frasier (Don't hurt me!)
3. Coach
4. Space Ghost (The Brak Show, sometimes)
Yeah, I'm diverse.
And since I'm just a little bit TOO comfortable around here, I'll share that I like that british hidden camera show Trigger Happy TV.
YES! I HATE REALITY SHOWS TOO!! HATE HATE HATE! But there's something about this guy and the british humor he delivers, it just makes me laugh. I am NOOOOO reality TV drone. But this show is the smartest of them, or I guess THE smart one out there.
Great, now I'll be branded as the guy who likes Candid Camera....NOOO!!!
