Season 6 without question.

I definitely think that summer is the best season for shorts. Otherwise, your legs can get really cold. Shorts-wearing is an attitude, and getting hypothermia can kill that attitude real quick. Wow. I can't believe nobody's made that joke yet. On topic, Season 3's shorts are really, really good. Of that list, there are only a few that I don't love. I feel the same way about Seasons 5 and 6, but of the group, there are actually more shorts in Seasons 5 and 6 that I don't love, and since the ratio of loved shorts to unloved shorts is higher for Season 3, I guess that makes Season 3 the best season in my opinion. Or not. I'm not that good at math.

As far as seasons, it would be 6 for me. "What to do on a Date" is a top favorite though.

I went with Season 3. Catching Trouble, Mr. B Natural, and the speech short all had me laughing my ass off.

Season 4's gettin no love, so I'm switchin up my previous thoughts and giving it a deserved vote. Hired 1 and 2 are a couple of my all time favorite shorts, as is junior rodeo, and even the circuses are pretty good. Mr B is an obvious classic, and there are tons of others I love from seasons 5 and 6. In fact, this poll has made me realize just how much I like the shorts; before I kinda viewed em as filler (funny, but filler nonetheless). Anyway, notwithstanding my arguments for other seasons I can and will give season 4 another vote! PS: Joel's line in Hired 2 where he makes fun of the father putting his handkerchief on his head is one of my biggest ever laugh-out-loud moments watching the show

I remember seeing that for the first time and hardly being able to wait for the show to be over so I could rewind the tape and watch that part again and again.

Tough choice for me, but I gotta go with three. Very memorable shorts (Alphabet Antics sticks out for me).

I like virtually all shorts, but season 3 and 4 with classic joel are some of the best. circus on ice is fantastic, and winter sports too.
But, i went ahead and voted for season 1 to give the old Commando Cody shorts some love -- nipple, nipple, tweak, tweak, fly!

I honestly quite the enjoy the old Commando Cody shorts. Nowhere near as painful as some people make them out to be. I especially love those action bubble cutouts that Joel uses in one of them.
Also, KTMA, season 11, and season 12 are the best seasons for shorts.
