Shade, you managed 100 posts in 11 days?!? Wow!
Anyway, great ideas, jjb3k! If that game really existed, I would snatch it up faster than Danny DeVito is loosing hair.

I think it took me longer than eleven days... I joined the board in March and that 100th post was dated Aprile 26th, so I was a member for at least 27 days before I got 100 posts. However, my post date is eleven days before the date of your reply. Maybe you read the post date and mistook it as my join date? Oh well.

Good game idea, but is seems more like a platformer than an RPG to me. (I enjoy both types of games, though.)

Although being able to cast a summon spell and summon Torgo would've been pretty cool, too. ;D

I couldn't help but notice this forum and would like to mention that I could actually do some work on this. I know a very capable program called Gamer Maker 7.0 and could make this game a reality, if you guys wanted I could do the code and you could give the feedback. Let me know.

Well...
There could be a game where Mike and the Bots get sucked into a weird dimension that is all of the movies featured on MST3K mashed into one world. Like they get sucked through the TV in their apartment by a weird "Ring" VHS tape or DVD sent from someone in the mail.
They have to complete weird missions in an open world as they get closer and closer to who sent them there. Playable characters would be Mike, Tom, Crow, and if you complete a secret mission, Joel (who got sucked into this world from wherever he was at the time). TV's Frank the White guides you through tutorials, but can't help much since he exists beyond mortality.
At one point Joel or Mike get the magic belt and become The Puma Man, leading to much awkward flying. Crow becomes Turkey Volume Guessing Man if you find his costume and does battle with Timmy. Tom has to fight an army of his duplicates.
But Pearl, Bobo, and Observer have been sucked into this world, too and try to conquer it in a weird unlockable second quest. The Master and his minions face off against the Mads in a deadly game of catfight and mouse.
And behind it all is the dark and powerful force of a bored beyond the flesh Dr. Forrester using it all as a test to take over the world one day!
