A good idea. However, we use Yahoo, which can create chat rooms. I've got a contact thread in the Cambot's Discussion Game section for many of the members' yahoo names.

Hell, this post, even though not in Rick Sloane, is slowly turning into something that needs to be.
Not that I give a damn, but, every subject in CFM and Rick Sloane seems to be nonsensical and goofy. And, sure, that may be what those areas are for, but, there's only so many pointless ass threads one can put up.

I agree, but it's fun to "riposte" with your friends and this is a very intelligent and creative bunch of people. I still think this is the best board I've found for true fans of the show to get together and share. Some days it's mostly a lot of stupid one liners and pictures pulled off the internet, but on the other hand there are still a good mix of serious threads. Everyday I visit I learn something new about the show or find a new web site to visit.

Coleman Francis Mountain is actually intended to be topical discussion. The non-sensical conversations really should be limited to Rick Sloane. Here on CFM, we're supposed to be having intelligent, meaningful discussion about topics that aren't MST related. As a moderator, I renew my commitment to this endeavor. (Actually, I just want to be a bad cop for a while). |
