Wait a minute, wait a minute. This is turning into that sketch from the Nickelodeon show All That which was on 6 or 7 years ago. I hate that show. I hate all sketch comedy (with the glaring Monty Python exception) and I hate Nickelodoen. As such, I am boycotting this thread.

No, no, it's clearly a homage to the It's a Fact! girl from the Kids in The Hall. She'd run up in a leafy autumn forest right up close to the camera and say a line, get down, reveal the action of the statement, get up again, repeat the line, then say, It's A Fact!
