This wasn't notarized. Therefore it is found null and void.

Damn right! He's not putting the damper on our legal mumbo-jumbo! If the document was not notarized before it went into use, then any transactions occurring therefrom are void. Furthermore, any binding terms claimed by the document on its readers are null and void due to the tardiness of notarization. You must submit a new document and have it notarized before putting it into circulation before its terms can be binding upon any and all readers.

Were you present during the preparation of said document?

How do you know that it was not notarized? Were you present during the preparation of said document? Yeah! All these legal documents have been submitted to my office for review and notarization. My stamp is out of ink and that is why it doesn't appear. On my own document, a stamp is not necessary due to the fact that the author is also the notarary.

So is this agreement void in New Hampshire and Canada? It's valid wherever the hell Mookie and The Man say it is.

"Mookie and The Man"
It could be a show in Nickelodeon, or a gay porn.
