How come you never wore glasses during the host segments? Joel wore glasses during one of the segments for Super Agent Super Dragon.

Oh man, I larfed like mad at those puns. But anyhoo...Q: Joel, Mike recently stated that he tried to contact you but that you never got back to him, Why? I know your busy with your own project but it would be a dream of many to hear you riff with Mike. Any chance on a guest appearance by both on each project (I'd love to see you and Mike do the recent release of Gymkata for Rifftrax) Q: You worked on the Robot Bastard short film with your brother back in 2001, how did you hook up with RBs creator Rob Schrab (were you a fan?), how was it working on this project and have you and your brother been cooking up any other build/gizmonic type projects recently? Q: Statical Planets -Weird, fun, hilarious... the rumor mill was that this was planned as a theatrical release. We have the 15 minute teaser but did you have bigger plans for this? And can the Frank Army make a CT appearance. Q: Can you give us an idea what films you are targeting for future CT released, will you be doing any of those classic B&W creature features from the 50 (I'd kill to hear you riff on Corman's "Attack of the Crab Monsters"). And waaay back in the KTMA days you spoke about wanting to do "Mars Needs Women", any chance that dream will finally be realized? Q: I can't see anyone reading a script on CT, where are you hiding them? Lordee, I could have a conversation with this genuis all day. Thanks RAD for the opp to ask him a ? or 2

You've always seemed to be the kinder, gentler riffer, never attacking too harshly. Do you feel a sort of kindred spirit with the folks who made these movies, considering your own success came in much the same way (low budget, outside the mainstream system, etc.)?

Wow, I must be on a different wavelength than most of you. I can only come up with hard-hitting, potentially offensive questions. So ask! I'd love to know what you're thinking Hugh. If they're not appropriate for what RAD wants to do, so be it, but there might be a chance that your questions are ones that others have been wondering about too...Nothing wrong with asking a question! I think I'll save my questions for now, just in case I ever get to conduct my own interview. Having a quasi-popular MST blog is a great excuse to get interviews with Brains... that is, if I could ever build up the courage to contact them and submit my own questions.

See, I'm not that interested in asking about how Joel felt about the direction MST went after he left or his feelings about Rifftrax. I had a few but I deleted them because I just didn't care for them to be answered. After all, I think the Oozing Skull DVD pretty succintly answers those questions in a way words would never match.
Question: Hey Joel, where would you put Cinematic Titanic in relation to MST3k and the "other thing"? Appearing only in profile isn't quite the direct approach used by "others" but there's an obvious lack of the backstory, puppets and invented characters of MST to deflect directorial ego, lawyers and other dangers of the film industry.

Maybe Harpo could do a Special Guest Interview and post it on Hugh's popular blog? Or I could mind my own business...

Hugh, Your website does indeed entitle you to have a 'Journalistic' interview with one of the Brains. Your posts show that you're incisive, opinionated, and that you take no prisoners. Don't deprive us of an opportunity to see one of the guys put on the hot-seat. Who would you like to grill? RAD

My best friend's boyfriend is from Green Bay. He called a drinking fountain a "bubbler." Is this silly talk common amongst Green Bay folk?

I think the biggest question on everyone's mind is the relationship between Joel and Mike, and secondarily between CT and Rifftrax.
Is there a relationship? Is there a genuine friendship, or is it more of respectful regard between two people who have mutual friends? Is there animosity (either leftover from the MST days or because of the current "competition")?
Is there any interest in joining forces? What are the odds that we'll finally, at long last, see our two riffing heroes riff together?
Stuff like that.
