Wait you guys! Next week is my birthday! You're supposed to die then! You jumped the gun! Now we'll have to push "reset!"
January 23, 2004 - Captain Kangaroo January 23, 2005 - Johnny Carson
Seriously, I was a big fan of Fantasy Island and loved SCTV's parody of it.
Yes, Khan was the tip top Star Trek Villain without a doubt. Moby Dick in Space!
R.I.P.

Being of a different generation, Ricardo Montalban was, to me, Gutierrez, the best of the Freakazoid villains. Gutierrez even channeled Khan once, which made me laugh so hard.
Truly the end of an era. RIP Mr. Montalban. You rock.
I think I'll watch "Hamlet" tonight.

What a loss. I loved Ricardo Montalban so much in those Fantasy Island. One of those adolescent crushes I never had cause to be embarrassed about. He always had so much class and strength. And after the messed-up back surgery that left him in constant pain, confined to a wheelchair, he persevered and didn't complain. Bless you, Mr. Montalban.

Another that made me cry out "Oh, NO!" when I heard it on the radio.
His characters touched our lives for decades, and he will be missed.
God Bless, Mr. Montalban.
EDIT: And, yes, after I said "Oh, NO!" I said "KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNN!"

Enjoyed his work very much.
I also recall he played a Native American who tries to live like a "white man" farmer in an excellent early episode of "Bonanza."
