It is but one game, my friend. Plenty of time for things to change. Truer words have never been spoken. But it ain't over yet.

Wow...the Canes are quite impressive. I hope my Wings can keep it going. They finally scored some goals the other night.

Wow...the Canes are quite impressive. I hope my Wings can keep it going. They finally scored some goals the other night. I'm glad you think the Canes are impressive. I've been impressed too. Apparently Boston hasn't. They've mostly blamed it on playing poorly. I think they are big and slow and just not quick enough to pucks. But I'm still only cautiously optimistic. The Bruins are capable of winning three in a row. I've not been watching the Red Wings series. My wife will kill me if I watch every game. I'll watch all of them if they get by this round.

The Bruins are on the brink. Wow. I don't know if they can come back.

The Bruins are on the brink. Wow. I don't know if they can come back. Based on the way they killed the Canes last night I'd say it's possible.

Yeah, apparently. I haven't followed the B's since they traded Ray Bourque, one of my all time favorite players. They just made it interesting.

Sorry ArtCrow. You guys are not going for the Cup. Boston is kicking our a** again tonight. Not looking like we'll be there either.

Is there a reason Carolina looks so flat? It just seems to me that are not all there, you know?

Is there a reason Carolina looks so flat? It just seems to me that are not all there, you know? They just don't seem to be skating as hard. And Cam Ward isn't as sharp in net as he had been. Or maybe it's just because Boston is a better team and has reawakened from their slumber. Regardless, I am less than confident about Thursday in Boston.

If Detroit wins game 7, we could have two Original Six teams playing in the Conference Finals. Long-time rivals with dramatically contrasting styles going at it. The old-guard Wings with their fans' sense of entitlement and the new-school Blackhawks with their hungry fans now back from their decades-long Wirtz-induced coma. Hockey drama at its finest. What fan wouldn't love it?
Me. That's what fan.
Go Ducks!

Well, it all comes down to game 7. Nice that the B's opted to make things interesting by making a comeback. sky, you will be my mortal enemy for a few hours tomorrow night.
Thankfully, they haven't fully pulled me back in so the disappointment will be light should they lose. And on the Ray Bourque point, I was thrilled when we finally traded him. He deserved a Cup and finally got one - he never would have won one with the Bruins, trading him to give him a chance was the least they could do.

Oh I totally agree--I'm happy that Ray won the Cup with the Avs. It's just that by that point in time, Ray was the only reason that I followed the Bruins at that point.

Both game sevens almost here. Great day to have a day off. And yes, I'm one of the few people born and raised in Hawaii that loves Hockey. Football, Baseball and Hockey. Don't even talk to me about the N Boring A. Sorry NBA fans.
