Which do you prefer ipod or Zune? And why? What do you like best about your mp3 player device? For me personally I like my ipod. Mainly becuz it was the first mp3 player I bought (I'm now on my third ipod). I like iTunes better, and I find it's easier to use (personally speaking). I've checked out the Zune a couple of times as some of my friends have a Zune, but I'm more comfortable with my ipod honestly, and well I'm used to it! I don't know what I'd do without it. I carry it everywhere I go becuz not only does it have my extensive collection of weird music and movie scores - but I also keep photos and MST3K movies on it. Haha! I also spoil my ipod with speakers, gadgets (like the idog and iJuke), cases, etc, haha. I just love it so much! Attachments:

I just ordered a Sony Walkman, I will have to get back to this thread once I get to use it.

What do you prefer, 8 track or cassette?
Ooops, sorry. I meant to post this 40 years ago.

Sony Walkman's better than both. Plus the earphones are actually good with them as well.

I really like my iPod. My sister has a Zune and it's hard for her to find accessories, like wall chargers, for it; plus, she sometimes has to convert her music files to a different format. What I love best about my iPod is that it plays video and has great games. (I guess Zune does that too, though.) My only complaint is that iTunes is starting to charge $1.29 a song instead of just straight $0.99.

I prefer the Sandisk Sansa digital music players.
They're a lot less expensive than either iPods or Zune players, not as "proprietary" in limiting how you load them up, and a lot of the current Sansa models have microSD card slots to allow expanding the capacity.

I had a Sansa for years and loved it. Recently the headphone jack broke (my fault) so I can't really use it anymore, but I plan to get another one some time in the future.

The best part about 8 tracks were the songs they split to equal out the sections.
