This is a thread for mst movies that have titles that, when you really think about it, don't make any sense. 2 come to mind.
Bloodwaters of Dr. Z: The title implies that the main character is named Dr. Z or uses the alias Dr. Z or is called Dr. Z by the town or even casually mentions a character named Dr. Z. But no one in this movie is named Dr. Z or even has a name remotely similar to Dr. Z. The main guy is name Dr. Leopold. When does Dr. Z come in to play? ZaAt made sense because that was the name of the formula.
Thing that Couldn't Die: There are two problems with this title. One being that the evil entity is clearly a living being and not a thing. Second he Dies.
Are there any others and can you come up with a better name?

Also, as fun as The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies is for a movie title. . .what the HELL does it have to do with the movie?!? ...Yeah, theres like 3 "zombies" and they only show up at the end for like, 5 seconds & are quickly dispatched...and they're just people disfigured by acid who went insane. Then there's IT CONQUERED THE WORLD....it didn't conquer the world....it was killed in an attempt to do so! WOMEN OF THE PREHISTORIC PLANET..... WHERE?!!TEENAGE STRANGLER....What does it refer to? A teen who strangles? A strangler of teens? Neither are really true because the Strangler was a creepy 60-something custodian & not all the victims were teens. TEENAGERS FROM OUTER SPACE....More like 25-50 Year Old Men From Outer Space!

Well you gotta give Mixed Up Zombies credit for them at least thinking up great titles. Absolutely. So much so that I actually rented the movie--based solely on the title--long before I even knew about MST3K.

"Manos" The Hands of Fate. I know its been said before but it actually translates to "Hands" The Hands of Fate.
Monster A Go-Go. The monster was just a senial 9 foot tall man. And he certainly wasn't "dancing go-go" to quote a badly dubbed american boy.
Ring of Terror. Implies some sort of magical ring that brings death.
Cave Dwellers. Never actually see any cave dweller.

Pod People. Nothing to do with pods or people, everything to do with hurting.
There is no red in Red Zone Cuba, only dull shades of gray.
The Indestructible Man can be destroyed with electricity.
Overdrawn at the Memory Bank - What does that even mean?

Additionally, The Brain That Wouldn't Die could more accurately be titled The Head That Wouldn't Die (even the end of the movie suggest that title).

Overdrawn at the Memory Bank - What does that even mean? I think "Red Zone" refers to "Someplace ('Zone') that's Communist ('Red'...an term for anything 'Commie' related....The Soviet 'Red Scare', 'Red China', etc.)"...so it makes perfect sense.

The Lost Continent isn't really A continent.. It's just A fair sized mountain on an island.

Undead: Wait... what? Where are the undead guys.
Warrior of the Lost World: He wasn't from the lost world therefore he cannot be of the lost world. Warrior for the lost World would make more sense.
Dead Talk Back: No they don't.

Pod People: Even Dr. Forrester said it has nothing to do with pods and nothing to do with people! Monster a Go-Go: There was nothing go-go related in it! Overdrawn at the Memory Bank: I'm still trying to figure out what they meant by that.

Hercules Against the Moon Men. I only remember seeing one moon man. Unless they count the dead queen, but she's dead and not a man.
