One of my favorite bands back in the 90s ("Pinkerton" is still a favorite album of mine). Their post-"Pinkerton" work is inconsistent (which is pretty kind considering terrible songs like "Heartsongs," etc etc) but I still hear occasional gems ("Glorious Day," "Hang On," etc) that make me glad they're still around.

Loved the Blue Album and Pinkerton is a classic, but ever since then it's been hit and miss (The okay Green Album) and flat out horrid (The completely worthless Red Album, the craptacular Raditude) - I finally gave up.
I've washed my hands of them - People would tell me to "give this next one a chance because it's good" and then it wouldn't be good in the least. Weezer has the become the M. Night Shyamalan of music.
Still, I'll always have Paris (in this case, the first 2 CDs)

The only thing more pretentious and stoopid than Weezer nerds discussing things like this is the movie Juno.
Actually, I think I may have just put us over Juno, with that last comment.
I heartily enjoy their whole discography.

Forgot to mention in my earlier post I also really enjoyed Rivers Cuomo's "Alone 1 & 2." Some good stuff on there.

the only weezer i own is pinkerton, but i have about worn it out i've played it so much. i'll get around to getting some of their other stuff sooner or later. but i love weezer - when i am in the mood for them, no one else will do.
and i liked juno.

Not I, it doesn't come out until tomorrow, up in Canada. I'll pick it up between classes, tomorrow, along with Volume XIX

I'm sure you guys heard the news that some Weezer haters are offering the band like 100,000 dollars if they break up.

Hey everybody, sorry for being a giant douche, earlier. I don't know what got over me that day. Pinkerton Deluxe was wonderful.
