Admit it you love some off the worst songs ever. What are your favorite Guilty Pleasure Songs? I have to many to list but here are some of the big ones.
I'm probably going to get lots of stares but... I Love We Built This City by Starship. ;D
I also have to say I love I Want to Know What Love Is even though it makes people vomit and gives Lou Gramm a big fat royalties check. It's the ultimate break up song of the 80's.

_Smack My Bitch Up_
I love that song. My wife doesn't. I can't imagine why.

^I choose to put on Surrealistic Pillow and remember when Grace Slick was good.
I also choose not to have guilt about my pleasures (sorry, but I can't think of anything off the top of my head).
BTW - this thread is already 1,000 times funnier than anything I've read in Sloanes.

"American Pie"
I had too many drunken singalongs in college to ever hate it.

A lot of songs by the Fine Young Cannibals. I hate 80's pop music, and yet I can't help liking these guys. I don't understand...

Me and my friend totally danced to "Stayin' Alive" at the 80s club last Sunday. :-)

I'm probably going to get lots of stares but... I Love We Built This City by Starship. One time when I was driving across the SF bay toward Napa, this came on the radio. I'd always liked it, but this coincidence gave it a special place for me. And, since I could probably list an entire page of bands I like that fall under other people's "guilty pleasure" umbrella, I'll just keep going with Starship. Like Crow, I have a fondness for Mannequin, Kim Cattrall, and the theme song. Switcherrr!

Hot n' Cold- Katy Perry
It's a damn catchy song, and she's a babe so that only adds icing to the cake. ;D

Speaking of icing to the cake, I always thought that the original MacArthur Park would be a legitimately awesome song if the vocals were removed. As it is now, it's one of the quiltiest of pleasures.

i had totally forgotten about this song. i remember i only saw it on mtv (back in the days when they actually played videos). i don't know how well it did on the charts, but i always liked it a lot - she really captured the 60's pop love song genre.
