Since I have the results on a spreadsheet, I can do slightly more sophisticated analyses of the data. I have calculated the "variance" of the votes for each episode. This measures the average difference between the votes for that episode -- if all the votes for an episode gave exactly the same rating, the variance would be zero. The maximum possible variance would occur if there were two votes for an episode, one of "outstanding" and one of "terrible", which would give a variance of eight. If the votes were evenly distributed among the possible ratings, the variance would vary with the number of votes, but would tend towards a bit under three as the total number of votes increase. Here is a chart, showing the average rating from left to right, and the variance from top to bottom:
