The Horror of Party Beach
I sense a bit of a tongue-in-cheek nature from the film itself, but it doesn't really interfere with Mike and the bots riffing (it helps that the more obvious stabs at humor in the film fall embarrassingly flat). I just get a kick out of the fact that main character guy is so blasé about going out and buying sodium after they find out it's the only thing that can kill the monsters. Shouldn't, like, the army be shipping in vast amounts of sodium as soon as they figure it out? What goes on here? John Agar would've been martialing the national guard at that point!

Angels Revenge. like i said on satellite news: when they are at the beach i realize that the scene takes place where Heston said Damn you all to hell.

Invasion USA
The anti-communist Cold War propaganda film about how Americans should... rise above their individual needs to support the collective and only then can we defeat the communism? I think there may be something slightly off about this movie's message. The film was such a downer, but the utterly loopy ending cheered me up. One of the all-time greatest shorts, too.

Mad Monster. This one is REALLY tough to get through, in my opinion. I almost fell asleep watching this one. The movie is really dull which doesn't help the riffing in this one. Although I don't mind Servo mocking on "Tell me about the rabbits again, George?"

Women of the Prehistoric Planet.
The (technically) season finale of MST's first national season wasn't too bad. I just felt the storyline with the doomsday machine wasn't all that great, but the riffing makes it somewhat tolerable.

213 - Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster.
You know, I'll admit, I like Megalon a little more, but this one is still pretty funny. The Godzilla Genealogy Bop song is hilarious.

Stranded in Space
Oh God, so dull! It's actually painful since Season 3 started so strong and after seeing what they did with previous Film Ventures work Cave Dwellers and Pod People, my expectations were quite high. I was checking my watch by 20 minutes, wondering when we would get to the point or get to the end.
Disappointed. But onward to my next Season 3 experiment.

Time of the Apes
A redubbed movie from Japan by Sandy Frank that involves men in monkey suits? We like it very much! Seriously, after the last one, this was a marked improvement, even if it apexed early with that cheerful "I don't care!" by Johnny. Thank you, Sandy Frank, for making me laugh on a rainy 4th of July.

Daddy-O
I ADORE these cheesy 50s flicks. Much like I Accuse My Parents, I just enjoyed the movie as much as the riffing. Not a great episode, but the first really good one since Pod People.

Black Scorpion.
For a season one episode, this one is really funny! Probably the funniest out of all of season 1, whether you consider this the true season finale or not.

Untamed Youth.
This one was also pretty funny for a season one episode. Gypsy throwing up random objects was hilarious.... Though I got a little dizzy seeing the picture of the SOL spin around during Crow's flashback.

Teenage Caveman.
Another first time viewing, and I must say this one had me laughing! I especially loved the jokes they made in the Catching Trouble short. The fight between the mads never gets old, and I also loved the skit they did based off the Catching Trouble short.

Quest of the Delta Knights
Now that Shout's announced that episode is sadly a no-go..... For now, I decided to pop in one of my tapes containing the episode (I thank my 10 year old self for recording it) especially since it has been a long time since i've seen the episode.
It has its funny moments but the riffing I found kind of dragged a little here and there. But the host segments were definitely funny, especially the Servo Delta Knights song.
I'M COMING!!!!!!!!!

The Robot vs. the Aztec Mummy
This is one I'll probably watch every couple years because this one is just very tough even for a season one episode. Movie is awful, the riffing is very sparse and the Demon dogs storyline I thought was kind of weak. Though I did like Jim's performance as the king demon dog, as much as I don't like some of his performances outside of Gypsy.
Unfortunately, only thing I'm kinda pissed about is there's a scratch on my disc that somehow got on there.

Robot Monster.
Somewhat decent for a season one episode. Still one weird movie.
