I was trying to install a Bluetooth adapter on my laptop so I can get internet access on it. When I reastarted for it I got stuck in a system repair program that isn't repairing jack. It keeps scanning for a few seconds and rebooting, only to wind up on system repair again.
I've tried all the advance system recovery options and nothings happening. Is there anything I can do or am I boned?

Can you start it in safe mode? Maybe do a system restore?

I think I looked into that aspect, but it said I'd lose my data and I have quite a bit on my computer to lose.
Thanks for the link! I'll give it a shot when I get home.

Did you try taking out the battery and let it sit overnight so it resets?

Did you try taking out the battery and let it sit overnight so it resets? I haven't let it sit without the battery, but I've let it sit shut down overnight. Maybe I'll try that tonight.

Well, I tried the link, and unfortunately it didn't work. Oh well.

Battery removal didn't help either. I guess I'll have to take her in.
