[glow=red,2,300]Mutants[/glow]~ I thought was really funny. But I enjoy 80's cheese anyway growing up in that era. [glow=red,2,300]Revenge of Doctor x[/glow]~ I thought was consistently funny and the monster is super cheesy. [glow=red,2,300]Mesa of lost women[/glow] while not as consistent as the other two but has some really great moments.
I haven't seen Future Force, Braniac, or the mexican wrestling movie so I cant speak for them.

So far I've watched Future Force and Neutron The Atomic Superman, and I can say both provide enough laughs to make it worth you money. I watched about half of Mutant, but I was kind of drunk. Still, I laughed a lot. Any of those three are probably good choices, and gave me a nice warm feeling, hearkening back to the MST days of crappy flicks.

They have been on a hot streak of late, I loved Dr. X, Neutron and Future Force.
Going back further. I highly recommend...
Ghost House Buffalo Rider Sons of Hercules (though not every one is as high on this one as I am)

Future Force and Future Zone are great! Ghosthouse is good too! When I buy them I usually add about half a dozen shorts just to make it a full theater experience (like in the old days when you got some cartoons or short features with your feature film).

Of the more recent VOD releases I've seen, I think that the "Future" movies are the funniest. The Guy from Harlem, Warriors of the Wasteland and Abraxas are also pretty good. The Bermuda Triangle was a snore, though.

I liked The Revenge of Dr. X. It's just so bizarre and even without the riffing the main character will leave you in stitches with his violent mood swings.
