So he professed his love of these mst3k episodes if he had to pick his faves each on separately in different interviews through the years. Hmmm does anyone see a pattern emerging?

Yeah, those are really good episodes. From what I hear, one of Kevin's favorites is Werewolf.

I think the Brains get asked that question so many times, that they pick whatever title comes to mind. I wouldn't look for any pattern.

Also true, if I had a show like that, I'd probably answer the question different everytime to cause great confusion and intrigue. Well played.

I like the one with the movie, it wasn't very good, but the jokes were funny. You know the one I'm talking about.

I definitely share in Mike's enthusiasm for Girl in Gold Boots. If I hadn't seen the MST version and it was on TV, I would probably find myself watching the entire movie. I like those trashy 60s movies about crime and drugs (Who would have thought that the sex and drug industry has a seedy side???). The girl who Critter and Buzz lusted after was quite attractive as well, especially in that dress provided by Critter's sister.
Another type of movie typically featured on MST that I very much enjoy are the post apocalyptic, totalitarian government, sci-fi movies. I am of course referring to titles such as Warrior of the Lost World and Escape 2000. Back when video stores existed, I would rent every one of these I could find at my video rental store.

I meant Mike has a fascination with movies that have a strong central female figure on a road to ambition.

So that is the pattern you see emerging? I haven't watched Leech Woman yet, but Girl In Gold Boots is a favorite of mine. Is Leech Woman the one where the woman is murdering everyone so she can stay young? I did watch some of that but didn't finish it. I'll have to revisit it soon.

Yeah the others always give these wacky answers like Trace saying Manos or Kevin with Werewolf so Mike's choices are definitely something else.
