I've never seen the unedited version of Poopie II so here it is.
It's definitely not as funny as the first Poopie tape, but there's still some funny highlights here and there.
- I still find it ironic that there are outtakes of Mike and Kevin advertising the first Poopie tape.
- One thing that makes Poopie I more superior is that the robots falling apart usually result in some hilarious reactions from Trace and Kevin. Here..... there's usually just either frustration or indifference. There is at least one funny "bot falling apart" outtake here. ("HE'S GOT THE PLAGUE!")
- The take where Trace's lip bleeds is still startling. Another outtake that looked like it could have hurt is the one where Trace closes a door on mary Jo's arm. Okay, yeah the door is Styrofoam, but it still looks like that could have smarted a bit.
- The "canoe" gag (which i believe is from "The Giant Spider Invasion") is one of those series of bloopers from any TV show or film, that makes you wonder, "Man, did they even REHEARSE this? Sheesh!" It really does seem like they just wrote the gag, and then went and tried to film it without actually practicing it.
- I love the outtake where a prop on the SOL desk falls over, and Mike and Bill are ready to start over.... and then Kevin brings Servo over, apparently not realizing that a blooper occurred (or he simply wanted to continue the take).
- The "robot booger" outtake is one of the oddest outtakes to ever surface from any TV show. What the hell WAS that thing on Crow's beak? It looks like a piece of tape. And, how did it even get there without anybody noticing before filming?
- I still like how during the "When Loving Lovers Love" Mary Jo starts singing Bill's lines, and Bill just has this WTH look on his face.
