I have and do find the living Likelihood For Shout Factory Release List thread to be an invaluable resource, but it's also served to make me realize that we could really use a supplemental list of currently available episodes and where they are available.
This isn't as redundant as it seems because between the in-print DVDs, Amazon/Vimeo on-demand services, and Shout! TV, we have multiple portals for commercial MST3K releases that do not reliably intersect. For example, while Shout! TV and Amazon have a lot of overlap, only Shout! TV has Overdrawn at the Memory Bank. There also seemed to be episodes that Shout! doesn't have the streaming rights to; at least, that's why I figure "Squirm" is readily available in Vol. XXXI but not any steaming services. Then there's the case of individual episodes suddenly becoming unavailable, as has happened with the Gamera episodes and now "Soultaker," thus eliminating it overnight from all streaming portals (and the annotated version on Youtube) and causing Volume XIV to go out-of-print.
In short, Shout! seems to remove and add episodes pretty regularly and quietly, and while following Satellite News and being a regular reader of certain threads here will keep you abreast, it would be nice if a definitive list was maintained.
What do you think, sirs?

Not a bad idea! It could cover out-of-print & in-print sets/single-disc releases too.

Agreed. It would be nice to know each episode's release history, and if it's available now, have a list of all avenues. The closest resource to what I'm talking about is here. But it's still out of date. The Undead and the She-Creature are now on Amazon VOD, Overdrawn is now on Shout! TV, Soultaker is gone from all streaming sources, etc. I know the people on this board would be able to stay current on everything.

I've always thought something like this would be good.

The closest we have is this thread: forrestcrow.proboards.com/thread/17441/mst3k-dvd-episode-list-updateThough it hasnt been updated since Volume 34. Not to be self promotive, but in my new thread I've added notes about DVD releases. I don't know much about which ones are streaming though, since owning the series on DVD (fan copy or official) made streaming redundant for me.

That sounds like a very good idea. You might want to add episodes and/or show-related material on YouTube.

It'd also be nice to have a thread (either same or separate) that kept tabs on what movie titles are on the verge of going out of print.
Like many MSTies, I have to pick and choose which DVD sets I want to purchase, since I can't afford to own everything out there. By some dumb luck I managed to grab Rhino's Godzilla vs. Megalon set right before that title went bye-bye. Other times I haven't been as lucky. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

There's no way of knowing that until Shout lets the news out. The only title we kniw is being pulled at this time is Volume 14. Everything else we have no clue what is in those particular contracts.
