Samurai Cop has at least 2 lengthy soft core sex scenes they cut out of the VOD (I'm assuming the live version will be the same). There was another scene with female nudity that was left in since they couldn't cut it without leaving a plot hole (as much as it matters in a movie like Samurai Cop). I'm not sure the reason is because of plot holes, but that is interesting, because they definitely don't edit all their movies down to PG/PG-13. I think both the Future Force/Zone movies have boobies in them. And, of course, there's a good bit of violence in many of their horror and action movies. Like Torgo said, it's probably just more of a freedom thing. They've always been a web show, plus I just don't think they care about being mass market-y much at all.

Frankly, what they choose to edit vs. not is really bizarre and inconsistent. Sometimes they'll leave in random topless shots like Future Zone, sometimes they'll cut them like with Miami Connection. One of the two Lash LaRue movies they did had a topless woman that was visible on the VOD, but it was part of a longer scene of her being topless even more that was cut down. Was it a length of time on screen issue, or...?
As far as I know, they've never cut anything for violence.

Whoa, guys. We’re going a bit off topic here. Cutting scenes from films is a given when it comes to riffing them. This is something new to the cutting room floor.
I just saw [MOVIE WHOSE FOOTAGE I SAW IN SOME OTHER MOVIE NOT WORTH MENTIONING RIGHT NOW] and my instincts don’t lie. Most of the opening credits were cut off too. I guess Richard Walter was right. Nobody cares about the writer of the movie! There’s always IMDb if I want to know the crew though.

I just realized, they completely cut off the end of the movie in the third episode. The payoff and main point of the movie is now entirely gone.
Not cool, guys.

Seriously? Well, that's dumb. As I've said before, I like MST3K for the cheesy movies as much as the riffing on said movies. This is a real bummer to me that they're chopping up the movies so much.
