Tell us about things in media that you were afraid of when you were younger, no matter how silly it seems now. It can be anything, like shows, commercials, video games, etc.
I remember I used to be afraid of Olmec from Legends of the Hidden Temple.

There were a lot of enemies in the first Spyro game that scared me, like the dogs in Toasty that would jump at you or the plants that would chase after you and eat you in Misty Bog.

This topic is dangerously sensible for Sloane, but...
I had this weird thing where I would preemptively be scared of *anything* if I was told it was super scary, only to be let down after the fact. Jaws, for intance, people assured me it was terrifying so I psyched myself up for it. Waited the entire movie for the other shoe to drop. Then it was over and I was like "Huh. That's... just a suspenseful adventure flick thing. Cool."
But then the opposite happened for Nightmare Before Christmas. It was gonna be a goofy, fun-loving Halloween-heavy Christmas movie. I was apparently terrified seeing the opening song unfold, and it was worse than I remember since my dad once said he still has weird regrets where he vividly remembers my reactions to it. I like it a lot better these days though, don't worry.
