I suppose the DAP people will give you the best answers, but they'll also mock you for asking. They're pretty condescending over there.
I don't think I'm giving away any private secrets here, since all of this is in the FAQ, but here goes...
1) You'll need to download the eDonkey software. It works like kazaa, with search functions and a pretty user friendly menu bar.
2) You will need to register for the DAP IRC channel in order to get the correct server address for eDonkey. Find that address on the appropriate discussion board (see the DAP FAQ), and plug it into your eDonkey software.
3) Once you've connected to the right server through eDonkey, you can do a search for mst3k episodes. Click on the episode(s) you want and the downloading begins. Each episode takes 10+ hours, depending on your connection speed. The more episodes you have to share, the faster you can download.
4) Once you have the episode downloaded, you can play it on any media player you so desire (most eps are in MPEG-2 format). They also fit perfectly on a 700MB CD-R, if you care to burn it for future use.
Give it a whirl.

Alternatively you can PM someone on this board for the edonkey IP. Don't try this w/ the DAP forum, though.
Some other things: follow the DAP instructions on disabling certain features of eDonkey (such as disabling overnet and deselecting "always reconnect"). These cause technical glitches that could cause you to be temporarily banned from the eDonkey server.
Yeah, the DAP folks tend to look down on questions covered in their FAQ. They are usually cool if you ask questions on the IRC channel.
Try it. Before you know it you'll have an extensive MST3K collection on CD, and later on DVD.

Uh, hi, I don't know anything. I tried reading the DAP FAQ, but I still don't understand. If I just want to watch an episode on the computer...First I have to register with DAP, then I get E-Donkey and go to it, then I download an episode...and then do I just double click on the file to play it? Why do I have to register with DAP to be able to get an episode on E-Donkey? Yeah, it's as simple as a double-click. That's the magic of having it on the computer. The quality isn't quite as good as DVD, but it's pretty close. The DAP has mostly good files though, so I wouldn't worry about that aspect.

My DAP thing says pref.met can't be found. I tried installing it 4 times but it keeps saying that.

Also go to the DAP forums and search for pref.met There is a good chance the question has been asked.
