The "Notice how big Japan is" was always one I thought was kind of stupid but it's one of my favorite riffs as well as the "Ohio, ohio gozaimas, ohio" from The Creeping Terror.

I love in Girls Town when Silver's sister is desperately looking through the phone book for the number to Girls Town, and she's got the phone to her ear for a while and Crow comes in with, "Hello, EARL'S Town"

I'm not sure if this is really a "stupid" riff per se, but it makes me laugh every time...
From Overdrawn at the Memory Bank: FINGAL: You're definitely not my kind of woman. (Apollonia slaps him) CROW: Well, now you are, actually...

In City Limits, in the background, a bad guy in a yellow suit walks past a bad guy in a black suit.
Servo: "Hi, black guy." Crow: "Hi, yellow guy."
Cracked. me. up.

One of my fav stupid riffs (stupid can be funny) is for some reason when Pitch from Santa Claus gets a whole bunch of chimney dust blown in his face and I think its Servo who goes
SERVO: It's a living
Dont know why, cracked me up

Not exactly a riff, but for some reason, Mike's hamming it up with a "big chin" at the end of Future War just kills me. It's about the ultimate mugging for the camera, but his stupid smirks and low voice just make me keel over for whatever reason.

Ones that always have me rolling and rewinding over and over: ---Starfighters: general: "I'll get right to the point." Crow: "I'm Scatman Crothers." ---Incredibly Strange Creatures: Mike: "Now what is with the periodic dog bark?" *pause* Crow: "Woof!" --Code Name: Diamond Head: when Mike and later Crow imitate the loud piercing violin/flute/something-or-other musical crescendo outburst on the soundtrack. (Something to the effect of "Doo doo da DEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWW!") ---Radar Secret Service: Mike: "It's not Blackie, it's African-Americanie!" ---Track Of The Moon Beast: Paul: "I think I blacked out." Mike: "Excuse me, you African-Americaned out." and doctor: "Paul, this is Dr. Rizzo." Servo: (softly and meekly): "What up, bitch?" ---Zombie Nightmare: Crow: "Hey, you smashed my sandwich!" ---Angels Revenge: Crow (as Peter Lawford): "I just remembered! Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman is on!"....and, to Jack Palance...."Would you quit following me?!" ---Catalina Caper: Joel (after Robert Donner trips on the way to the boat): "Here, let me help ya. Say, that gang plank really gave ya the what-for, eh friend?" ---The Beatniks: Servo: "Ooh, I became a switchboard! Ooh, I'm back again!" and the recurring "Hello? Oh. Hello?" moment with Tony on the phone. And so much more....

From Parts:
When the Richard is trying to explain to his robotic friend, in the cafeteria, about all the strange things that have been happening. The friend turns to him and says, "Eat." And then Mike says, "me." It's so fourth grade, but I love it!

I'm not usually one for the fart jokes, but in Merlin's Shop of Mystical etc., the sudden closeup of Borgnine saying "Uh oh!" to which Mike adds "I farted!" cracks me up. It's the little smile and point that Borgnine does as Mike says it.

This one from A Date with your Family had me rolling on the floor:
Narrator: Nobody starts to eat before father does. Mike: THIS MEANS YOU.

In the third General Hospital short, there's a loooong, awkward silence as the one guy and the one other lady sit in the car, which Crow breaks by saying, "Uhh... booger!" It was so random, but I still crapped my pants laughing.

I love the horn sound effect Servo lets out as the fat redneck sherriff from Laserblast gets into the patrol car. It really did look like his stomach was pressed up against the steering wheel.

Here's a few favorites from Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders (an ep that's full of stupid, yet funny riffs):
"I have rigor mortis!"
Psychic: I'm afraid I have some bad news. Crow: I'm running out of shawls.
"They just got Barb Wire in at Blockbuster!"
"Now grow some hair, son."
