This week we have something special for our giveaway contest.
Skyroniter is offering 10 (count 'em, 10) DVDs for this contest.
Here's the deal: I'm volunteering to change my name. This is for a variety of reasons (some good and some lame), but mainly to negotiate a deal by which we will be the official message board of Satellite News and BBI.
So like students picking a mascot, or proud parents poring over baby names, you all get to be a part of the process of giving me a new handle.
Some basic rules: 1) The name has to be MST-related. Explanations aren't necessary, but might be helpful.
2) You may enter as often as you like. Post your entries here in this thread.
3) I will make the final decision based on how funny/clever the name is and how well I think it suits me.
4) I reserve the right to reject all of the ideas herein and choose my own. In that event, the DVDs will be distributed to the top two candidates.
I have two examples to get you started:
"Mr. Atari." A character from the episode, "Mighty Jack". Plus, I love the old Atari 2600 game system. Currently, my number one choice.
"Mister Tibby". Tibby was Servo's pet turtle in "Gamera" (302). My signature line could be "They call me Mister Tibby."
Have fun.

"Guiron" - cause he has a knife for a head. "McCauley" - Tom Selleck's character in Superdome There's always "Ro-samp" - for obvious reasons, and you'd be cool like me.

Sorry, but neither "phantomengineer" nor "skyroniter" are mst-related names.
Your post is disqualified.

Here are some ideas: Father Mushroom (isn't that what they called the creepy mushroom guy in Jack Frost?) Yes it is. They called him that because that is what people used to call Jerry Garcia.

I say stick with Mr. Atari, it's your name on MJ's board and it won't be such a drastic change for everyone else to get used to.
