Don't you just hate teenagers?
Sure! We all do!
But many of us were teenagers once, and some of us still are. (Poor dopes.)
So to celebrate our teenage awkwardness and self-centered invincibility, let's pick a winner in this pointless poll.
Which morality tale is your favorite? Why is Teen-age Strangler spelled with a hyphen? Why are there so many '50s films about teens? Why does Mr. Atari have so much animosity towards teens? Is it because he peaked in high school and now lives a life of regret and nostalgia?
So many questions. Only one poll.

Teen(-)age Strangler is definitely my favorite of those on the poll, but I tried to remember what was important to me when I was a teenager, so I voted for Teenagers from Outer Space, because Betty was so very very hot. Very hot.

I voted for Teenage Werewolf, but I truly love all the Teen Movies. The angst, the drama, the drag races, the fur! But I felt that Teenage Werewolf really best captured the awkwardness of being a Neglected Young Man With Anger Issues Whose Adult Life Figures Don't Understand Him. I mean, really, just about every adult (except well-meaning-but-clueless Depression Dad) was a total tool in this film! I especially loved how Arlene's parents couldn't wait for him to get in the door before completely shredding Tony's self worth, than wondered aloud why he didn't come inside to pick Arlene up for their dates. Jeez!
Full moon, wonder what that means...probably nothin'.

Teen-age Strangler! It's in COLOR, plus it shines a harsh light on Ford's blunder regarding the '58 T-Bird, placing it in direct competition and comparison with it's smaller, sportier 55-57 counterpart! Take that, Detroit!
Oh, and did I mention it's a bit funnier than the other Space Teens.. But it does lack the Insta-Skeleton gun, and threats of TORCHA! so maybe it's more of a draw....?
No, the close-up of a pleading, whiny, sweaty teen-face makes up for all that.... Plus, he didn't steal no bike, neither!

I voted for Teenagers from Outer Space, because Betty was so very very hot. Very hot. The more I watch it the more she wants me!

Teenagers From Outer Space.
It has the guy from New Zoo Revue, Torcha, and the host segment about letting a friend sleep on your couch!

Teenagers From Outer Space and Teen-Age Strangler. Why, it's almost like watching the same movie, isn't it? There's weird accents, there's a hot chick named Betty, there's characters from outer space. Mikey was supposed to be from outer space, right?
I voted for Teen-Age Strangler for the songs, baby, the songs. The short is rather tepid, but the main feature is out of this world! I just hope that if my significant other is strangled to death, I can move on as easily as Tony.

I voted for Teenage WErewolf. Remember when this was on the Saturday afternoon monster movie(without riffing, the actual movie). And when I was a kid, I never realized it was a really bad movie.

I vastly prefer "Teenage Crime Wave" to the others.
Vastly.
The riffing is as good as any episode in the Mike era.
He'll never touch you, Terri. You're dirt.

I think they're mostly neck-n-neck, though Caveman sits slightly lower down my scale. I voted for "Crime Wave" because I like it, and it needed the vote.

Oh I love these pointless polls!
I don't love the Caveman very much, and I never thought the riffing on Teenagers from Outer Space was as funny as everyone else thinks it is. I do like the movie better and the charcaters are all funny and easy to make fun of.
I like Mikey and the Strangler episodes and Crime Wave has great host segmets and is funny too.
But my favorite of them all is Michael Landon, he has great hair and I like how he can turn milk into a tool of violence.
Oh and all the jokes from Mike and the bots are funny too.

Since Teenage Crimewave is getting some attention in the other poll, I thought I'd bump this one.
Because I can.
