Gregory Sierra (January 25, 1937-January 4, 2021). Probably best known as Julio Fuentes on Sanford and Son and Sgt. Miguel “Chano” Amenguale on Barney Miller. He had many other memorable roles of course. Rest Well Sir..
A scene from Sanford & Son. Where Julio meets Fred for the 1st time. In the episode The Puerto Ricans are coming. Classic..

^^^^ Reading threads like this, makes me very happy that I bought all of the DVD's and most of the VHS when they came out. I learned my lesson in the late 1990's when all of a sudden The Amazing Colossal Man was no longer available at my now defunct Borders Book Store. Sometimes it hit me in the wallet pretty hard and at a bad time. But I got through it all. I did manage to get the Amazing Colossal Man on VHS via eBay for a really good price. Yay!

I hope this settles all of the confusion... Over the past few days.. Rest Well Pretty Lady.. Victoria Leigh Blum (October 15, 1955 – January 4, 2021), known professionally as Tanya Roberts, was an American actress, producer, and model. She was best known for playing Julie Rogers in the final season of the 1970s television series Charlie's Angels, Stacey Sutton in the James Bond film A View to a Kill, and as Midge Pinciotti in 81 episodes of That '70s Show from 1998 to 2004. On December 24, 2020, Roberts fell out of bed and could not get up, following intestinal pain and breathing difficulties that began on a hike the day before. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and was later placed on a ventilator. It was initially reported that Roberts died on January 3, 2021 after her partner, Lance O'Brien, told her manager that he had visited her in the hospital and "said goodbye". O'Brien later clarified that this was an end-of-life visit; he had not been permitted to see her during her hospitalization due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but was invited to return when Roberts was taken off life support. She was critically ill from a urinary tract infection that entered her organs and bloodstream, leading to a blood infection made worse due to Roberts's history of hepatitis C. After the premature reports, O'Brien was informed by the hospital that she died in the evening of January 4, and confirmed this to the media on January 5.

Read somewhere he was passed over for the space program because he didn't go to college. I know astronauts need a hell of a resume, but I think this guy had his bases covered. That's very true. You can see a reference to this in the 1983 movie The Right Stuff. Where Chuck Yeager has a cameo. Hey Y'all want a drink of whiskey? That bar in the movie was a real place. Named the Pancho Barnes Happy Bottom Riding Club. Run by Pancho Barnes herself. She was quite the character and the bar was legendary back in the day. In fact The Pancho Barnes Happy Bottom Riding Club was referenced on Star Trek Deep Space 9's promenade directory.. (Along with Tom Servo's Used Robots)

Yes. I discovered MST3K in the Fall of 1991. My cable company at the time Viacom had VH-1 from 4am to 4pm and Comedy Central from 4pm to 4am. It did suck during the Turkey Day Marathons. But at least I got to tape the 12AM-2AM regular weeknight broadcasts. I remember one afternoon. They had a local Viacom representative doing an "Ask Viacom" special. One woman who called in and asked if they could switch the times around CC and VH1. Fortunately for her, the guy said that was not possible. I thought of MST3K right away of course. If they would have said yes. I would have hunted her down..
