Clip from An MST3K short in The Hills Have Eyes

That clip was from a short that I'm pretty sure is called "Design for Dreaming." It is one of my favorite shorts with a 1950s style singing lady visiting an automobile show.

I just saw The Hills Have Eyes and wondered if anyone here had spotted that. Perhaps someone involved in the film (Wes Craven even?) is a fan of MST3K.

Some fan I am ...I saw that, and thought I'd seen it on MST3K but wasn't even sure. I've seen that short multiple times and for whatever reason didn't fully recognize it.

I LOVED that remake by the way. I was a fan of the original, and I thought this film blew it away. BEST REMAKE EVER. I'll discuss that more in Mitchell's Movies though.
