I'm posting this here, as most of the RiffTrax stuff seems to be happening under Deep 13 News now... (I'm still waiting patiently for a RiffTrax section). Anyway, I downloaded the RiffTrax for Plan 9 last night. Today I go to my local video store (its a chain in Canada called "Jumbo Video"), they didn't have any DVD copies of Plan 9, but they had this VHS version...and it was done by Rhino!! They sold it to me for $2 and it was only rented once! First, I see there are several Plan 9 DVD's for sale on eBay, but no VHS copies. Second, I didn't realize Rhino made Plan 9 on VHS...not that I was checking into it, but I was surprised. So is the VHS of Plan 9 a rarity? Some pics (the box isn't in great shape, but the tape is almost perfect!): FrontSideBack (you should be able to maximize this pic to read the write up on the back cover).

Rhino did a slew of Ed Wood flicks in the early-mid 90's. You had Plan 9 as well as Glen or Glenda and Bride of the Monster and a couple of others. They even had a box set with those three that was made to look like a pink angora sweater.
On Amazon marketplace they have 35 of that version of Plan 9 starting at $0.80. So they are pretty easy to get.

Yes, disembaudio had lines in this. The txt file only had the disembaudio timecodes for syncing; no other timecodes were included for syncing.
