I dont know if anybody eles has experience this. But i notice if i watch a movie like The Matrix, X-men or even movies i just like. That if i watch the Rifftrax for them and then watch them without. I remember what mike and the guys have said. It goes away after a while. But i just find it somewhat annoying. Anyways i just wonder if anyone eles has experience this.

Nope.
I guess in my brain they are two separate animals. Which is probably why I don't get upset if they riff on a favorite. For the rifftrax I'm in comedy mode, but when I watch the X-Men minus the quips, my brain gears up for the action and drama.
It's probably also why the movies on MST don't have as much an impact on me as much as others. The Phantom rule rarely applies in my case.

I've never really watched these movies without the rifftrax, after I've watched them with the rifftrax.

I feel you Road_Element ... I have that problem but in a sort of differet way. For example I was watching the Riffed-Grudge, but I couldn't enjoy it properly because I kept on thinking that a lot of Misties didn't like it. Oh ...and Hobgoblins is completely ruined for me because a Misite on this very board mentioned that it was a 'on-purpose bad movie'. Boy did that ruin it for me. Now I just can't enjoy that movie the way I used too. I also agree with you in general that the bad movies make better riff - material then the good ones. Always and forever. Having said that I agree with you and wanting to be very gentle here, don't you think this is a question more suitable for the Riff-trax section MAJOR EDIT: Oh I feel so embarassed. This is the Riff-Trax section!!!. I'm sorry I'm doing several things at once here and it's getting confusing. Please forgive me, carry on.

I still like Hobgoblins a whole lot anyway. Made me laugh a lot the first time. All that matters to me.

I haven't watched any of these movies without Rifftrax since. However, I used to think that the first X-Men was a great movie. I still think it's good but after watching it riffed like that, I realized that it was much cheesier than I thought, thus lowering my opinion of the movie a notch or two down.

The RiffTrax of Phantom Menace enabled me to see it from beyond a Star Wars fan's perspective. Very, um, enlightening.
Not that I wasn't convinced TPM was the worst SW movie before, but after the RiffTrax it just stuck out all the more.
