Hi ...I've been out of commision for about two weeks now so forgive me if this topic has already been covered, but I watched Troll 2 riff-trax and I must say it was a huge disappointment for me. I am forced to all take back all my hopes I had for the guest riffer. I now think it was a bad idea. Your thoughts?
Personally, I thought it was one of the stronger Rifftrax I had watched in a while, coming off Cocktail and Point Break. Lowtax was fine. He was a little stiff in his delivery, but that's to be expected from a first-timer. Kevin and Bill are, obviously, way better at it.
It's not my all-time favorite, but I thought it was pretty strong. Just my opinion, though.
Well anyway, hi there, folks. You know, I'd been having trouble with velvet leaf, uh, cutworm and, uh, foxtail and, well, that's when the representative from Monsanto came out to my farm. He recommended a pre-emergent, inferral mixture of Lorsban with Atrazine in a tank mix and I told him to get off my land. - Farmer Joel

Really? You all liked it, huh? It drove me nuts. Especially the non-Bill, non-Kevin commentor. But to each his own I guesse. Anyway I'm really looking forward to Over The Top as my next Riff-trax purchase. I remember that ridiculous movie as a kid. I can't imagine it being an unsucessful Riff-trax.

I have yet to get the riff for Troll 2, but already having experienced the horror that is T2 I'd have to say, I'll put my faith in the riffers and support and see/hear it for myself. Couldn't be any worse than watching the movie itself anyway

I thought it was very funny, though at times I did think what a great episode on MST3K this would have been, but I think that every time I watch a cheap crappy movie any ways. Plus any time that they do a Tull joke I'm going to enjoy it no matter what. ;D
