I have a similar thread like this in the RiffTrax forum, but I thought I would ask here too 'cause I know some folks don't go over "there".
Do you have certain one's that you watch over and over? or certain themes like Star Trek or Star Wars that you like to watch again and again?

I don't come anywhere near to watching these like I do MST3K. I've seen all of them at least twice (I like to do that before I review)
One that I've watched a lot...
Missile to the Moon is the grand champion. Man do I love this one.
Willy Wonka, Crossroads and Nestor are also be ones I gravitate towards if I'm in the mood for a trax,

I seem to watch The Bourne Whatever and Spiderman a lot, but the one I watch the most for some reason is Predator. I can't get enough of Rifftrax'd Arnold. I watch T3 quite a bit too.

Its probably the closest to MST style movie that we've gotten so far. And maybe thats why I can watch it over and over again. Edit:I really hope that the new Plan 9 release will be a "champion" like Missile. I could see myself watching that one over and over too.

Haha I just realized I've never watched a single one more than once! Likely because I keep finding new MST episodes to watchinstead.

Oddly enough, the Star Wars prequels. I say oddly because, before the RiffTrax, they were probably my least-watched DVDs.

I don't watch them more than once usually. But I have a hard time watching any movie/tv show more than once.

I am pretty much a one timer myself, except for Nestor and Santa. I do plan to watch many of them again but it might be a few years. Some of my faves (Glitter, Transformers, SWIII, ...) will get revisited sooner.

I tend to watch the following repeatedly:
The Fifth Element, Star Wars I, II and III, The Star Trek Riffs
Can anyone discern a pattern here?

I thought at first I hadn't watched any more than once, but then I remembered two of my favorites: Crossroads and Road House. I watched them both alone and with a friend who hadn't seen them yet, and I thought they were both hilarious each time. Actually, I may have watched Road House three times.
The people I watch with usually like blazing new trails, so we go for ones we haven't seen before.

Definitely Star Wars Episode III. It's the one I use to recruit others to the Rifftrax cause, since everybody knows how disappointing the prequels were. And since it is known as the "best of the Star Wars prequels" (much like the best time you were kicked in the junk), it is more watchable than the other two.

For me, it's probably been The Matrix.
Most of the others I bought I don't have the DVD's for the Rifftrax of, and just rented them.
