Any riffs so funny you just have to write 'em down and share them with the class?
I was watching Eragon (one of my favorites) and I absolutely busted up at the way Mike said to the young hero, "If you're doing it enough that your palms are sore, you need to back it down there, Sir Spanks-a-lot."

I came across one of my all-time favorite riffs. In Terminator 3 near the beginning when Arnold crashes into the animal hospital taking out the terminatrix and the entire half of a building in a huge explosion. To this Mike quips: "I know! I'm terrible at parallel parking!"

From Jurassic Park:
Weird Al: I bet he'd like to Waldorf her Satler! Mike: Actually, it's Waldorf and Statler. Al: I stand by my filthy Muppet innuendo. Mike: You know, I was in a band called Filthy Muppet Innuendo!

Many of my favorite riffs are merely funny voices or sounds made by the guys. In particular, Bill's "dying breath" sounds as he imitates Dumbledorf in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" are priceless. As are his "RAWWWR!" screeches imitating Robert Loggia in "ID4"
As for actual "jokes" I always have to crack up at the following exchange from "Raiders of the Lost Ark," shortly after the truck with Marrion in it explodes:
Indy: "Marrion's dead"
Salah: "Yes, I know..."
Kevin: (as Salah) "Her foot landed on our balcony."
HAHA! Gets me every time!
Callbacks are fun, too especially when they reference previous riffs. Everyone remembers "I'ma go do Levytown" from Plan 9 which sets up a great callback during the aforementioned Harry Potter film.
Then there's another priceless callback in The Dark Knight as the camera pans over Bruce Wayne enjoying a glass of Country Time on his yacht, and Mike calls out "Why you eyein' my lemon drink!??" Oh man, I think lemon drink actually shot out of my nose on that one!

"Matrix Two: Adventures of Link" from Matrix Reloaded always elicits a smirk.
Not the most laughable line ever, but such a random, nerdy reference.

like hugo, i also love the "rooowwwrr!" sounds bill makes for loggia in ID4. i saw it last night, and the one he does as everyone is getting into the helicoptor to escape the white house before it blows up is the best one. about all of their riffs on loggia crack me up.

" HAAAAWK... or HAAAAAWKS!!!" A couple scenes later (in ID4) when they're aboard Air Force One Mike does a great Harrison Ford medley. I never tire of Mike's Harrison Ford voice.

From Jurassic Park: Weird Al: I bet he'd like to Waldorf her Satler! Mike: Actually, it's Waldorf and Statler. Al: I stand by my filthy Muppet innuendo. Mike: You know, I was in a band called Filthy Muppet Innuendo! I second this one. It was just a joke series with so much randomness packed into it, and yet, so much structure. ;D Some other favorites (off the top of my head, mind you - obviously there are many more) of mine are from Star Wars Holiday Special: 1) Mike: "You know, I don't wanna sound intolerant of anyone's religion or anything.....but Life Day EATS." 2) Mike (as Lumpy): "I hate the Empire and I hate Life Day....I wish my Dad had never coughed me up!!" 3) Mike: "Ladies and gentlemen - Chewbacca's lifeless stare!" (That look on Chewbacca's face WAS perfect for that riff....I was dying... ;D) Also, from the short "Patriotism": Kevin: "So, if I make a sculpture out of my own feces, I'm a patriot?" Which in turn reminds me of my favorite riff from Batman & Robin: "WHERE DO I POOP!?"

oh, there are tons of great riffs in SWHS. i can't believe how much i enjoy that terrible bit of film - i could never watch it without mike, bill and kevin. i have to wonder if i did actually watch that when it first aired - i would have been ten or eleven back then and i was totally infatuated with anything star wars, so it is possible. if i did, i evidently blocked it from my memory.
and also, in ID4, those couple of riffs they made after the president's wife died - brutal, but hilarious. when the guy tries to shoot the can and then tries again and actually does shoot it down to prove they can penetrate the alien defenses - when mike says, "uh, mr. president, that bullet hit the first lady in the face," or something along those lines - oh, man. brutal. but funny as hell.

Dunno why it sticks out, but in Revenge of the Sith:
"Santa Penishead defends the North Penis Pole"

Another favorite from ID4:
During the alien autopsy scene...
Dr. Okin: "And now comes the really icky part..."
Kevin: "We break for lunch at Arby's!"
And from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets:
Professor Kenneth Branagh: "Harry, Harry, Harry..."
Kevin: "...but enough about Robin Williams."
And from the same movie, after a scene ends with some "hilarious" comic relief:
Kid: "Why is it always me?" Mike: "Biddle-dee-bink-dee-bink, Boing! NOW CAN WE PLEASE HAVE A STORY?!?!?"

Transformers.
The bad guy says, "Give me that cube, boy!" to li'l Shia, and Kevin says something like, "Huh, that's what Emile Zola calls Cezanne: Cube Boy." Now that I found out Cezanne & Zola were childhood friends that riff broke the Genius Barrier.

From HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban:
Choir: "Something wicked this way comes!"
Bill: "...go to hell!"
