22. Alice Cooper- A Fistfull of Alice: Well MJ, I guess this ones for you. lol In high school, a dude who had a crush on me gave me this cd, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A great compilation album, and I heard it was recorded live with musicians like Slash and Rob Zombie. What , no Ted Nugent and Cher? (Boggy Creek 2 joke ). I can't find ANYTHING more about this album, and no one sells it. 23. Jet- Get Born: I tell you what, those Aussies produce GREAT rock bands... The rock world would be a lot less bright without bands like AC DC and Silverchair. With 99 percent of new rock bands being that touchy/feely/depressed emo rock, can I just say, thank God for Jet?? A great band and great album. Really crunchy sound that has a retro-classic rock feel. You can't look me straight in the eye and tell me you don't dance along to Cold Hard B$#@... 24. Velvet Revolver: Libertrd- A new album every hard rock fan should own. Slash is a guitar god..end of discussion. Great sleezy sounding rock. lol 25. Soundgarden: Louder than Love: Here's another album that I love because I like to go against the grain of what everyone else likes. If you ask 10 ppl what their fave Soundgarden album was , you're gonna get "Superunknown" back as an answer with 9 ppl. I will be the digressor. Great album showcasing great alt rock. ohh, and I Love Chris Cornell...that is all .

26.Trans Siberian Orchestra: The Christmas Attic- I love Christmas, and Christmas music. This is my fave xmas album. When ppl think of instrumental Christmas music, they either think of that crappy Casio muzak of Mannheim Steamroller, or they think of the awesomeness that is TSO. They use a full 60 piece orchestra as well as heavy guitars. Heavy Metal and symphonies playing Christmas music? rock on. \m/ \m/ 27.Kill Bill Soundtrack- Loved the movie, and loved the music. Quentin Tarintino has a very eclectic taste in music. Ranging from heavy to 60's surf music. Great album from begining to end. 28.Fiddler on the Roof- Original cast recording- ahem....Tradition!!!!! Tradition!!! I adore musicals.. and this is one of my favorite musicals. Who can go wrong with songs like Matchmaker and If I Were a Rich Man? 29.Phantom of the Opera-Original London Cast Recording-- See a theme going on here? I'm on a musical kick right now, so I thought I'd list my fave modern musical album. Sara Brightman IS Christine as far as I'm concerened...Let your darker side give in, to the power of the music that I write..the Power of the music of the night. ;D 30.Cabaret- movie soundrack- This is one musical that I actually like the movie recording better than the orignal cast recording... I love Liza...and I love a Cabaret!!

Yay for Alice!
I don't own that one, I thought it was just a collection of old songs I already had. Didn't know it was live. I'm learning all kinds of new things about band I like today.

31. The Pillows-My Foot: I was first introduced to this band by the Anime Furi Kuri. Here is a great intro album into Japanese alt rock. It's upbeat and catchy. They magnify what we all like about American Rock.. 32. Cyndi Lauper- She's So Unusual: LOVE this pop-y album.. In the 80's, you were either in two dicotomies...You were either a Prince person or a Jackson person, Motley or Metallica person, and a Madonna or Cyndi. While I appreciate Madonna, I am always a Cyndi girl..Quirky and always so unusual. 33. Rob Zombie: Hellbilly Deluxe- Alice Cooper had said that Rob was basically the inheritor to his style of horror-rock. His solo effort after White Zombie, it kicks...plain and simple. Very funky heavy metal. 34. Scissor Sisters: Ta-Dah- This album is a guilty pleasure.. It's like an Elton John, Bowie, K C and the Sunshine Band extravaganza. Disco music for the new generation.
