Okay, ever since trance, disco, hip-hop, Madchester and techno became popular, dancing is the essence of these genres. People move their feet whenever they listen to the beats of wonderful music, but somehow it has become tiresome and boring, and many new dance types were made to fill the void. Breakdancing, Jump and many others were made to ensure that dancing will always be fun and that people will be creative in dancing. Today, there's a new type of dancing scene. Existed since the 80's, it has fully launched to the world in 2005 and has appeared in raves and nightclubs all over Australia, Britain, Malaysia, india and Ibiza. It's called the Melbourne Shuffle, aka "shuffling" or as Aussies like to call it: "rockin" This new dance type is basically easy to follow, and it's very diverse. Unlike breakdancing which appeals mostly to blacks, "shuffling" appeals to everyone. In Malaysia, shuffle has become a popular pastime for students who came from Melbourne and adopts the shuffle to their streets. So how does shuffle look like? Well, here's some YouTube videos that gives a simple example of shufflin' aka "rockin": uk.youtube.com/watch?v=FWdtZTbgXcMuk.youtube.com/watch?v=8k5WtNRlBcEuk.youtube.com/watch?v=EpHo6PPcCe4uk.youtube.com/watch?v=GmUa25oAEkQuk.youtube.com/watch?v=1ot9NQBZUEEWell, if you think it was cool and wants to learn rockin, then here's some tutorial videos to help you: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=P3evoNeD45guk.youtube.com/watch?v=FLJwAgyUFNcuk.youtube.com/watch?v=itaXiq8mN6gGood luck trying fellow MSTies!
