Nick Cave has loads of good ones, though a lot of the best ones are sad: "Love Letter" (the saddest song EVER), "Nobody's Baby Now," "She's Leaving You," "People Ain't No Good." Of the happy love variety, I guess I'd have to say I really like "Nature Boy." Also The Birthday Party's "Mr. Clarinet" is good. For some reason I can't think of very many happy love songs -- I tend to like sad or angry songs instead of lovey-dovey ones.

Love Is... by Subhumans
Love is a bastard it tears you apart Just when you thought you didn't have a heart Couldn't give a f*ck cause you didn't know how And suddenly everything brings you down Love is a bastard it f*cks you up Make up break up totally messed up Lipstick stains and little white lies Can you see the blood running out of my eyes? Love is a bastard it makes you cry Do something wrong and you don't know why Can't remember what you said Lie on the floor and wish you were dead

The Fuzz "I Love You For All Seasons"
One of THE best soul songs that deal with love. It doesn't matter if you're in a relationship or heartbroken. The orchestration and the lyrics will pick you up. The whole LP is fantastic as well.
