I wonder if an IT hacker could do "a trace" and look at RAD's recent IMDB activity...
And it can't be In The Mix, IMO. Its on Showtime all the time, and its too slow for even me to watch it.

Je...um, I mean Mr. Atari, Ice-Cream is two words (as far as I'm concerned ) , and Clint Howard is not involved in the upcoming project. (Although I pulled him up due to this query and I'm a fan of his too! I never knew who he was before, but always enjoyed his work). RAD, as your friend, I need to tell you....you and Mary Jo need to get your hands on a copy of Ice Cream Man. It truly is a thing of beauty. Not only is it Clint Howard at his Clint Howard-est, but it features a laundry list of grade-Z stars from the 80s, including Doug Llewellyn (of People's Court fame) and former Dodger & Padres first baseman, Steve Garvey. It also was sponsored by Converse shoes, so there are Chuck Taylor hi-tops in every shot, and a skinny kid played a fat kid by sticking a pillow up his shirt. Seriously. A pillow. If ever a film deserved riffing, truly this is that film. Mr. Atari, As you know, you are indeed a good friend of Mary Joseph and myself, but I question if that will still be the case after this recommendation! Sounds too cool. I'll definitely snag a copy, and, should you see it riffed at some point in the future, you can brag to all and sundry that it was completely your doing... RAD

Ever since Dr.Z sent me a copy of Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny, our friendship just hasn't been the same. (Kidding. I love you, Doc.)

The Car is Key. Identify the Car -> Identify the Movie. Then again, can it be solved with only 4 days left, before an official spokesperson gives it away? Here's where we find the answer. www.imcdb.org/God Bless you Internets!

I've dropped a couple of 'possibles' based on the words in Opium Eater into the car database, and they aren't there. I suspect that the film will be obscure enough that it might not be in the car db. Here's one I found based on possible titles, and if it were a feature instead of a short, I'd say it sounded likely : www.imdb.com/title/tt0302629/Addendum: I take back my badmouthing of the car database, and suggest that this might just be our movie and the car: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_107278-Ford-Falcon-71B-1963.htmlThe movie's sitting at a 1.6 with 253 votes in the IMDB and the title qualifies on RAD's hint. Anybody out there own it so they can look for the frame?

Certainly a candidate, one of the screen grabs even looks similar.

I agree that seems like the correct film, but not because of the Galaxie 500, that's the wrong car, it's the Ford Falcon wagon that hits the nail on the head! I must say, if that is a correct guess, that was some INCREDIBLE sleuthing !
