I see the page on EZTakes appears to be updated for those ordering today :
PLEASE NOTE: (1) Because of high demand, DVDs ordered today will ship within 10 business days. Thanks for your patience. The DVD was just authored and we're making discs as fast as we can.
It did say 2 weeks on the night it became available , didn't it ?
( I may have been in a giddy haze )

I don't think anyone's questioning you so much , as wondering how you possibly ordered it before midnight. Did DvDWagon actually have it up early , and you checked while the rest of us stared transfixed at CT's site ? Oh. I didn't know there was a set time. Yeah, it must've been up early. For some reason I haven't been able to successfully join the email club, so I had taken to checking EZTakes site to see whether it was listed, and lo and behold, it was available for ordering. LOL! You may have gotten the jump on all of us, then. ;-) Just one question - what timezone are you?

( I may have been in a giddy haze ) I work in the shipping dept. of my employer. In most cases, it is sooner than the stated 10 business days. That just gives them a little leeway for unforseen delays.(BTW, unless a holiday falls within the ten business days, which unfortunately, we have two to deal with, is 2 weeks.) As you can see, I love commas.

I bet the DVDs will arrive sooner than expected.

Remember back when it took "6-8 Weeks" to get stuff from the Info Club? I remember they always said that on the newsletters. So, 10 days or 2 weeks or 5 days (plus 5) really doesn't seem so bad by comparison.

We should be getting that "your order has shipped" email anyway , then some pandemonium ! But I post here mainly to exclaim how Hugh's New Year avatar continues to crack me up ! The way it went from Santa to hoisting a brew with the same warm smile . I demand a Hugh-a-Day calender !

I assume EZTakes is located somewhere in the Pacific time zone, because it was ~10:40pm my time when I ordered, but it was listed as 8:40pm on my confirmation email.

Are we still collecting order number/time data? If so, mine was 19121 @ 10:25:04 -0500 (EST) on Sat, 22 Dec 2007.
If not, ignore. Carry on.
